I see Dr. Irwin and I am always treated with kindness,respect and professionalism. She is very thorough with the eye exams and when I required cataract surgery she referred me to a great specialist. I am so pleased with my treatment with her!

My appointment was great. They took me on time. They didn’t seem to be rushed at all. I had everybody’s full attention for the entire time. I was there which going in and you know having an exam. It was really like super nice. I felt very valued. And I also got a new prescription and excellent service at half the cost. It would’ve cost me at my regular doctors office.

I had a fantastic experience at this eye dr office! The staff was helpful and friendly and the eye dr was the best eye dr I’ve ever seen. She was friendly, the exam was thorough and she explained everything very well! She went over the health of my eyes and her recommendation and why. I was completely impressed and informed.

I went to McLaughlin Optometry in the Brighton Costco and had a great experience. Doctor Redilla was knowledgeable and very friendly. Additionally, Laurianne fitted me for glasses and was wonderful. In fact, I had a positive experience with the entire staff there. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient at McLaughlin Optometry in Brighton’s Costco for many years and have always had great service. I feel my exams have been thorough and their eye glasses and contact lenses are always reasonably priced and are good quality. I highly recommend McLaughlin Optometry.

Highly recommend, have had a few eye exams there. I wear glasses and wanted to try contacts, I was up there for a contact class. I was struggling getting my contacts in and the younger girl was so sweet, patient and encouraging when I was ready to give up! She said she recently switched to contacts as well & had issues at first so it made me feel better. I forget her name but god bless her soul. 10/10 would recommend!

Dr. Irwin is a very smart, kind, and thoughtful eye doctor. She gave me some tests I've never had before and gave me options on contacts that proved she was thinking outside the box. The office staff here is also very kind and efficient. I've never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointments. Thanks you all for helping me see more clearly!! :) You're my new go-to in town.

The doctor, Lisa Redilla, was amazing. I had not been to have an eye exam in four years and she greeted me warmly and was easy to talk to. The Dr was amazing! She took her time and carefully assessed my script. The girl that did the intake was great! She also carefully checked my last script. The receptionist that wore the super powdery perfume with the circular glasses should not. It permeated the office and was hard to take. I have allergy induced asthma and it did bother me. The place is small and perhaps the doors should be open sometimes to allow more air flow. If another customer was wearing heavy scents it would also create a problem. Thank you for great service!
