We have rented party supplies from these folks for about 8 years....always good service and affordable prices. Today we ofund out how good they really are. We have a significant illness in our extended family and last night were driving home through Toronto when we remembered that we had not picked up our order. It was now 4 hours past their closing and we were having almost 60 people to an open house tonight. We arrived home to find a phone message reminding us of their closing time.

We decided we would have to buy plastic glasses etc.

At 10:30 this morning we received a call from the manager offering to meet us in half an hour (on a Sunday).
