By far one of the worst store's i've been in. I went into the store and a young lady came asked me if i needed help. She was the only good thing about the Rental City. After seeing a TV that I liked I was then approached by a gental man who was so rude to me i think he was the manager. Asked me if i liked the TV and if i was thinking about buy it. I turned to him and being rude back asked how you doing today? People need to learn some respect espically there elders like myself. So after asking him how he's day was he then started to be rude back and said fine in a very rude way. I then turned to him and asked to speak to the young lady again he told me she's goin on lunch but yet she sat there 10 mintues after i asked to speak with her. I had to walk out i almost got the TV like i'm sure i would of got it if i just spoke with the young lady working there. I advice DONT GO TO RENTAL CITY IN AJAX. I ended up going to Oshawa store and buying the same TV and i adivce you all to do the same!
