Brought my 2017 Chevy KUV in for a flat tire. Had it at Firestone and they laughed when I asked for a tire repair. Walked over to Victory and they got me in no questions right on the spot. They got my tire repaired and able to get back home! Exceptional service!

Needed an oil change on my 09 dodge grand caravan and the guys got me in and out within 45 minutes. They also rotated my tires. They were very knowledgeable about everything. And Nate’s customer service is amazing. I’ll definitely be back.

Had my 12 jeep patriot in for oil change. Found out my valve cover gasket was leaking. They were able to get it fixed and didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I bought my mom 2012 Nissan Altima in for just an overall inspection. They were able to get it in and found all the issues it had. I also love that they have digital inspections and they’ll even take you in the shop to see the issues yourself.

I came in to get a simple tire rotation but unknowing had wheel locks on and no spline key. Julian and was so patient with me and he went above and beyond to help (he even sent me home with a free key so I wouldn't have this issue in the future). I ended up getting brake fluid service done as well, and throughout the entire process, they were so thoughtful. The level of respect, kindness, and consideration I experienced from this team was unparalleled. Julian also took a lot of time explaining their pricing, helping me get the best deal, and I left their shop feeling like a million bucks. These are people who truly care about their customers. 10/10 I liked their Maplewood location but had been considering switching mechanics altogether. This was a different level of care. I will definitely be back!
