I am a Realtor and work with many roofing companies. Dependable Roofing is one of the best roofing companies in Tucson AZ. When I am selling a home, most home sellers do not want to spend tons on a roof they won't get to use. However, the work has to be done right. Dependable Roofing in Tucson has good prices and does good work. My favorite part about Dependable Roofing is they send you PICTURES after the work is done. That puts homeowners mind at ease. They can see many photos of the roof and see it was fixed. This is perfect for out of state owners who need a new roof. If you need roof repairs, trust a Realtor and call Dependable Roofing for an estimate. I trust them. - Ryan Comstock Realtor / Tucson / Oro Valley / eXp Realty

I recently purchased a home where a couple of agreed-upon items were not fully completed. I had noticed a mysterious structure in my backyard that appeared to belong to my chimney. I was advised by my realtor to reach out to Dependable Roofing because they thought that was who completed the roof repairs. They had not, they were only part of the initial inspection team. I spoke with Chaz, and he kindly offered to come over to take a look to help identify what this structure was. He determined that it was the chimney cap and he was able to very quickly schedule one of his crew to come out and fix it for me. A wonderful gentleman came out the next day to fix it and upon leaving, gave me a good explanation of what was done.
Their professionalism and responsiveness was top notch. This was a problem that I unfairly inherited (among others) and it wasn’t their’s to fix, but they came out immediately and addressed it for me. Instead of sending me on a goose chase, Chaz identified what needed to be done and knew that he had the resources to help me. This was above and beyond given the volume of issues I inherited. Moving can be very overwhelming and in my case, there were a few issues, causing unnecessary stress so this was one more annoyance to have to deal with. Thank you Chaz and team for helping alleviate my stress quickly! I’ll be working with you again. I know I’m in good hands!

We just had Dependable do our roof, brand new top of the line underlayment that was long over due. The guys came out first thing Monday morning the 27th and aside from some clean up and supplies that were left over and picked up on Wednesday, they were completely done on Tuesday the 29th! Very professional, the whole crew, hard working guys doing quality work. Then Chaz came out and walked thru to make sure everything was they way it should be, very concerned that we were happy with everything, which we were. Thanks Chaz, please pass along our appreciation to your guys on a job done right.

Awesome job by Dependable Roofing & Solar Cleaning! My solar system was removed. They re-roofed my home in six days and a new solar system was installed at the same time. The coordination between the roofing and solar crews was amazing. Our roof looks great and is guaranteed for 30 years. They addressed any and all concerns we had throughout the entire project. Cleanup post project was completed and final inspection accomplished without an issue. Great people, easy to work with during the whole project. Thanks so much for!

We had our roof repaired and replaced along with insulation blown in the attic and new fascia boards installed by Dependable Roofing & Solar Cleaning on the 15th of June this year. From the time I replaced a call to the beginning and finish Chaz and his wife treated us with the highest of professionalism and care. The estimate covered all aspects of the job, with every detail covered. Their crew were the very same, courteous and performed their duties with the same professionalism and. care. Throughout the project they consulted with us to make sure we knew how things were progressing to our satisfaction. The cleanup was beyond what anyone could imagine. In fact the first day it started to rain within a few hours, which they placed plastic over the entire roof. The plastic blew off due to heavy wind. After a call to the office, within an hour a worker came and replaced the plastic on the roof and walked up about 20 bundles of shingles while in the dark to hold it down. In summation , we would not hesitate to highly recommend this company.
