I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Sabrina Martin through our professional network, and I’ve been consistently impressed by her knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to serving her clients.

Sabrina takes the time to understand each client’s needs and offers thoughtful, customized window treatment solutions rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Her attention to detail, design expertise, and customer-first attitude truly set her apart.

Whether someone is updating a home, preparing a property for sale, or looking for the latest in motorized shades, shutters, drapery, or blinds, Sabrina is a trusted resource. She is responsive, honest, and genuinely cares about helping homeowners make the best decisions for their space.

I would confidently recommend Sabrina and Gotcha Covered of Walnut Creek to anyone looking for expert guidance and exceptional service for their custom window treatment needs.

Sabrina with Gotcha Covered was referred to me by a friend. We had a great experience ordering (very large and difficult) skylight shades. When the shades came in she called right away to set up an installation date/time. The two gentlemen that installed the blinds were very professional, and attentive to making sure the area was clean after the installation. Overall, I would give them a rating of 10 out of 10!!

Had an awesome experience with Gotcha Covered Window Coverings. From the first consultation to final install, everything was smooth, professional, and on point.

They really took the time to understand what I wanted and helped me choose the right style and options without any pressure. The quality of the materials is solid, and the install came out super clean, you can tell they care about their work.

Communication was great the whole way through, showed up when they said they would, and left everything looking dialed in.

If you’re looking for window coverings and want it done right the first time, I’d definitely recommend!

We had originally contacted Gotcha Covered just for drapery but we also needed an exterior shade. I reached out through the website and Sabrina got back to me right away. We scheduled a meeting where she was in time and well prepared with fabric samples. The estimate was provided quickly and was reasonable. She also found an alternative fabric when the one we chose was out of stock and would delay the project. For the exterior sunshade she brought her installer so we could discuss a custom install. We had some strict requirements and they were able to come up with a solution. In the end, we love the curtains and sunshade. Would definitely recommend Sabrina and her team. Friendly and good communicators.
