This was my first visit at Parenti-Morris. It will not be my last. Everyone there was genuinely so nice, so friendly and very helpful. Dr. Morris and the staff were excellent! Dr. Morris took time to explain things to me. I received one of the most thorough eye exams that I have ever had! My total experience at Parenti-Morris was wonderful. I was very pleased.

Always an excellent experience at Parenti-Morris. I’ve been to both locations. They both have high levels of service. Ethan was fantastic and very patient teaching me how to use contacts. Dr Dillard is always very thorough and knowledgeable. I’ve never felt rushed. Highly recommend.

By Far the best eye Doc I have had the pleasure to work with. Not only is a great eye exam a safety issue , but enhances the quality of everyday operations. Dr. Bell has been my go to. My Workplace pays for yearly safety glasses through Tri-state, I must regretfully decline their services any longer and pay out of pocket …. Mr Bell is a beacon of hope and knowledge. Front desk personnel were very friendly. Chrissy was great running tests and asking questions. Dr. Starkey was so personable and knowledgeable about everything. She explained everything about the X-rays to me and was so thorough. Kenna gave me a lot of help with choosing my new eyeglasses. I’m so happy that I took recommendations from friends to try a new eye doctor!

I’ve been seeing Dr Alex Bell well over 15 years! He’s the best eye dr in NWA! Very thorough, detailed, and professional. Really nice guy! I love his staff too! It’s always a pleasant and fun experience when I go! Beautiful office in Rogers, they have one in Bentonville too! If you’re looking for great eye care, make an appt with Dr Alex Bell! I appreciate so much going to Parenti-Morris Eyecare! They love seeing me, they do everything they can to keep my glasses in good condition even in between visits of I stop in with even small concerns!
I had my first eye exam there and they each made it fun 😂. And were patient when I couldn’t stop blinking 🤦. I went to another eye doctor when I moved to Rogers, but will continue to come to Parenti!! Thanks for your caring and attentive care, keep up the good work 👍👍

This is my first time at Parenti-Morris and I am very expressed; happy to have this be my new eye doctor location. Upon entry I believe I was greeted by Alexis; she was a receptionist and helped me get everything I needed before my appointment. The eye tech I had was Sara; she’s exceptional! I had a great interaction with her. She’s personable, knows what she’s doing and polite. The I saw was Dr.Starkey. She’s great; has a awesome sense of humor, was friendly, knowledgeable, wanted to get insight on history of eyes to best assist me, and I liked how she asked if I wanted to see my eyes. The male assistant that worked with her was great as well. Upon leaving exam, Malia was the receptionist that helped me, she has a brightness about her and was kind. The gentleman that helped me out with glasses was Gene. He was very knowledgeable, polite and gave me all the paperwork I needed for my prescription. I highly recommend this place! (:

The office for me in the same day due to a cancellation so I was already happy but Dr. Bell was amazing. He listened to everything that I said and asked me follow up questions so that he could address my concerns. I really appreciate how he was able to explain things in normal terms but with detail. I feel like I have a much better understanding of my eye sight issues now and I plan to continue my vision care there going forward.

All of the staff at Parenti-Morris in Rogers are amazing! Dr. Starkey took time to explain what she was seeing with my eyes, why I was experiencing some changes to my vision, and tried a couple of different contact options to ensure I left with something I was happy and comfortable with.

Deb was great in helping me pick out some eyeglass frames while also finding the best possible options covered by my insurance.

I have been seeing Dr Starkey for 8 years. She is very personable and extremely thorough! She makes sure you understand everything she says and answers your questions. I highly recommend her to anyone. Their front staff could be a little more cheerful or personable. I honestly think that is very important. That sometimes can make or break someone booking an appointment. But I highly recommend Dr Starkey!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Starkey for the past three years for my annual eye exams and I can confidently say she is one of the best optometrists I’ve ever had. She is incredibly thorough and I can’t emphasize that enough. Every visit, she takes her time to explain everything clearly, answers all my questions, and makes sure I understand every aspect of my eye health. Her knowledge and attention to detail are outstanding and she has an amazing bedside manner that makes you feel comfortable and cared for from start to finish.
