We have four log cabins available for rent, just steps away from the crystal clear waters of Horsefly. <p> Available for rent from May to October, each cabin is fully equipped with a coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, utensils, towels, and linens. <p> Reservations required - 3 night stay minimum <p> Our four quaint, fully furnished cabins are available from May till October. All have views of the lake and surrounding mountains. All cabins have a covered veranda, an individual fire pit, electricity, a well equipped kitchen, and bathroom including a hot shower. A wood burning heater/stove or electric heat system ensures comfortable sleeping. <p> Don't forget to bring your food, fishing gear and perhaps a canoe or boat. <p> There is an abundance of scenic areas to explore by boat, canoe, hiking, biking or driving. We are an easy 1 1/2 hour drive to Likely and Quesnel Forks, and a 45 minute drive to Quesnel Lake. A provincial park with a sandy beach is located approximately 15 minutes from Horsefly Landing, which has an easy hike with a spectacular view of the lake. <p> You can swim, kayak, canoe, fish, or simply relax, enjoy the peace and quiet, and listen to the loons. We were a party of 4 one being a child of 6. We rented a cabin with a full kitchen and bathroom. It was spotless on our arrival and furnishings were well looked after. There was wood stacked at the back of the cabin for the fire pit and the air tight stove. A propane BBQ was on the porch for our enjoyment. The two docks were well constructed and could be used for tying up your boat, for fishing off of or to swim off of. All the comforts of home in a rugged setting.We would highly recommend Horsefly Landing Resort.
