I ran into a problem with one of my rims, which was cracked. These guys were extremely helpful, walking me through various options. Great price, awesome service.

We were up north on vacation and had a flat. Bill worked us in even though the schedule was full and we were on our way. Very thankful for the help and exceptional service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I am impressed with Victory Tire & Auto! I dropped off a flat tire today to get patched, came back 30 minutes later to pay the bill, and they told me there was no charge. Just incredibly kind, honest, and friendly service from start to finish. I’ve been looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop since moving up to the Brainerd area, and this place nailed the first impression. I have a few vehicles that need some routine maintenance soon, and after today, I’ll absolutely be bringing them here to "kick their tires."

Andy at the front desk and mechanic Bill were friendly and helpful. The service I had done on my vehicle was completed faster and more cost effective than I expected. Waiting area was clean, comfortable and I was offered beverages and snacks. I wouldn't hesitate to bring another vehicle to Victory.

I missed my appointment by accident, just totally forgot about it, and they were flexible with me, and ultimately able to get me in for my oil change just an hour and a half later! The tech informed me of an upcoming replacement and gave me a timeline of when it should happen with no pressure or drama.

I needed to bring my 3 small children with me, and they gave my kids coloring packs and stuffed animals! Between their new toys and the free snacks in the waiting room, my kids were content and occupied the whole time, which is certainly a feat! Sometimes it can feel like people are annoyed when I cart along my kids to appointments, but Victory made the littles feel welcome. Very happy with my service overall!
