Honestly the best smash burger I’ve had in the city so far! Better than Rudy and Rosies. Bigger, juicer, better tasting sauce - similar to thousand island dressing. Got the Oklahoma Onion Burger, and it was loaded with pickles and onions. The waffle fries were also really good and crispy. Would definitely go back!

The burger was really tasty and reasonably priced on its own. However, if you want to make it a combo, the price almost doubles, which feels a bit excessive. Still, it’s been a long time since I’ve had a burger this good. Definitely worth trying!

My wife and I recently visited Happy Burger on Queen Street East. The burger itself was okay, but it was nothing special. I've had many better burgers around the city. That said, considering the price, it was still a fairly good deal.

I ordered the Oklahoma Burger, and my main issue was that the pickle flavor was far too strong. It completely overpowered the burger, to the point where I could barely taste the meat. Most of what I tasted was pickle, onion, and bread, rather than a balanced burger.

The biggest disappointment, however, was the air quality inside the restaurant. The dining area was filled with smoke and strong kitchen odors. The air felt greasy, and after spending about 30 minutes there, our clothes smelled heavily of food and cooking oil. It made the dining experience much less enjoyable.

On the positive side, the tall young man working at the front counter was excellent. He was friendly, welcoming, and did his best to make our visit pleasant. His attitude and customer service were definitely the highlight of our experience.

Overall, the food was acceptable for the price, but the ventilation and indoor air quality need significant improvement.

I ordered the the happy stack burger, banana pudding, and had bites of the waffle fries with cajun seasoning and everything tasted incredible! The customer service is also great, didn't have to lift a finger with the trays/food at all, except to eat it of course! :)

I love this place! I got a happy chicken sandwich, Cajun fries and happy sauce. Chicken sandwich was delicious, not dry but could have been a touch juicier. Definitely get the fries with Cajun seasoning and the happy sauce is a great pairing :) also their merch is really cute, I got a T-shirt 😎 will be back to try the burgers & more! Also, fantastic customer service and food was super fresh.

Wanted to try something near our hotel and it was a gooood idea. My boyfriend says the waffle fries are the best he’s ever had and since I’ve never had waffle fries I can agree! The burgers were also really good and I need to try the banana pudding.

Had such a great experience at Happy Burger (Queen East & Broadview)! The supervisor or owner was incredibly friendly and attentive, checking in on customers to make sure everyone was happy and taken care of.

I ordered the Happy Burger combo and it did not disappoint. The smash burger was delicious, and the waffle fries were absolutely scrumptious. After I finished, the owner came by to clear my tray, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Just as I was getting ready to leave, he surprised me with a paper bag and told me to enjoy it at home. When I opened it later, I found Happy Burger’s banana pudding, smooth, rich, and so delicious. Such a generous and memorable gesture!

Highly recommend this spot for a great smash burger and truly outstanding service. I will definitely be back.

The best burger spot in the city, hands down!
​We were driving by and decided to stop in for a bite. From the moment we walked in, the service was truly amazing—so friendly, fast, and genuinely happy. It made the entire experience fantastic.
The food: these aren't just burgers, they're masterpieces. Juicy, perfectly cooked, and the fries were crispy perfection. I can confidently say this is my new favorite burger joint. We are definitely coming back next week! You seriously need to try this place.

Don't forget to try the banana pudding!!!

You should not leave this place without trying the Banana pudding! It is amazing.
The stacked burger was the best burger I’ve had in a while. The waffle fries are even better than chikfila’s.

My husband and I got a happy burger, a double cheeseburger, onion rings, and their cajun fries. Everything was so delicious. Their onion rings were a stand out though. They stayed crispy even after a 15min walk in the cold. I would also say their prices are very reasonable, considering the burger shop across the street is pricer for similar value. Aside from their great food, their service was amazing. Friendly, quick, and very warm. Next time, we’ll have to try their desserts and dine in. Highly recommend this spot!
