I called to make an appointment after receiving an email mentioning their opening hours (9 am to 3 pm) but not specific days. A woman answered with a really rude expression, making me feel like I was bothering her. I was simply trying to make an appointment, and she said, "Um, sir, that's not how it works." I then explained that their website wasn't working, which is why I called their number instead. While I was explaining this, she hung up on me!

I've never seen a company with such terrible customer service.

I was extremely uncomfortable witnessing the owner, Jonathan, openly screaming at and mistreating his staff in front of customers. It creates a toxic and unprofessional atmosphere that is difficult to ignore. No employee deserves to be treated with such a lack of respect, weather it's in private or in front of customers. Very bad way of conducting business.

The employees even went the extra mile, beyond their normal duties, at no additional cost.
