I feel I was overcharged for the work performed. The final bill was much higher than the estimate, and the additional charges were not clearly explained beforehand. Customers deserve transparency about costs before repairs are it’s daytime robbery if u go there it’s a mistake u won’t repeat again

I had an excellent experience with this shop especially With Mike (The owner) when they worked on my truck. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, honest, and easy to talk to. They took the time to clearly explain what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and gave me a fair estimate upfront—no surprises.

The repair was done quickly and efficiently, and my truck is running better than it has in a long time. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and take pride in their work.

I want everyone to know the truth about my truck that was at this shop a few days ago because of a clutch problem.
On Saturday evening, we had to tow both the truck and a loaded trailer to this shop. When the towing service arrived, the owner told them to leave the trailer outside by the fence and move only the truck inside the shop.
The truck was dropped off on Saturday, and they started checking it on Monday. A few hours later, the mechanic called and said they needed to open the transmission for inspection, which would cost $1,600 just to check it. After a while, they gave us $3568,49 to fix the problem, however they weren't pretty sure it was the main issue.

Then something much worse happened.

My driver called me and said the trailer was gone. After investigating, we found out the trailer had been stolen the same day. The thieves broke the doors, stole the cargo, and abandoned the trailer somewhere else.
We requested security camera footage because the shop clearly has multiple cameras, but the owner claimed there were no cameras and refused to help.
Complete scammers. Not only ridiculous service charges, but also our cargo was literally stolen while the trailer was left outside under their instructions.

Do not come to this shop. Stay away from these people.

Great repair shop. They work fast and handle all kinds of repairs. Whenever we are in Dallas, we always choose them because they are reliable and professional. They are open late and even work on Saturdays, which is very convenient. Prices are fair as well. Highly recommended.

I told the owner, don't repair the vehicle without authorization from the warranty. They are how we recieve payment from. I got ignored by the owner and ended paying out of pocket. A few weeks later the same problem came back. Now they have nothing to say. Take ur business somewhere else.

I came here to fix my cruise control, which wasn’t working, and also had issues with trailer wiring and a turbo leak. They fixed the cruise control and trailer wiring perfectly, but the turbo was not repaired, although I was still charged for it. Overall, the mechanics were very nice. Mohamed was especially courteous and helpful. I will definitely come back here.

I recently had my Freightliner Cascadia 126 serviced at Texas Truck Repair, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. After struggling with an unresolved issue for days, they identified and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. What really sets them apart is that they offer a wide range of services, so all my truck’s needs were addressed in one place. The team was professional, respectful, and courteous throughout the process. Their driver lounge is fantastic, providing a comfortable place to relax with coffee and movies while they take care of everything. I was especially impressed when they told me I could go home and not worry about the problem until it was fully resolved. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable truck repairs. Thank you, Texas Truck Repair, for your outstanding service!

I was about to write a nice review, because essentially they are nice people there. However, when I’ve attempted to take a picture of the 2 used tires recently installed by them, I found out that at least one of them badly damaged (see pic). I didn’t even negotiated, paid 150$ + installation and tax, and what I’ve got? They hid damage part and my bad I didn’t checked before installation. Sad thing that you pay with respect but in turn getting a disrespect. Some people can’t leave without cheating somebody (basically, some sort of physiological issue, believing it is normal to do something like that).
