Can not say enough good things about Premium Pinballs LLC. We turned the machine on and fell in love. Could not have had a better experience. It was hard dragging me away from the machine to write a review. Premium Pinballs is the BEST. I see lots of fun to be had by all who purchase a pinball machine from them.

Ordered a pinball machine online, paid with Credit Card on the website. Charge on the card was listed as "Maruska Damasceno" for "Consulting Services" which is odd because the Charlotte NC based business had sent me an email from a "John Byers" who's phone number is disconnected along with the listed number for the business, which is a California based business. Then the "UShipHub" emails started, stating that the shipment had just been picked up in Minnesota... then it never showed up... I have emailed the seller several times, no response. I have emailed UShipHub, who says they were cyber attacked and every few days I email them again and they claim they are going to provide a new tracking number within 48 hours... No refund, no pinball machine, no working phone numbers, nothing but over $4000 gone. All the reviews on this site that state a similar experience are responded to as if they were lying but I assure you I would much rather be playing with the pinball machine I ordered than writing this to warn about this "Seller". If the machine arrives i will absolutely amend this review but as of now I say STAY AWAY!

Best selection of excellent pinball machines in Charlotte. Shipping was kind of delayed trying to find the best freight company but ultimately my pinball machine was delivered in great condition! Will definitely be back for more.

Scam. Fraud. Maybe at the actual store a person can purchase a machine but if you order one that has to be shipped you will be hounded for extra Zelle payment to the shipping company. There are other reviews out there that state the owner of Premium Pinballs also runs the fake site for tracking the shipment. Lots of phone calls and emails exchanged Bottom line, got taken for more than $1500 in Zelle payments.

I was interested in purchasing a JP Premium pinball machine and reached out via email to this “store.” John responded quickly, even sending me a video of the machine and saying I could check out the store if I lived in Charlotte. Video looked like it was taken inside a home not a business.

However, several red flags stood out:
Other online reviews mentioned this business as a scam.
The website itself looked suspicious.
The Google listing showed odd hours, and Street View at the listed address did not show any store by this name.

To be sure, I had family visit the address in person. What they found was a rundown shopping complex with no store matching this business.

This is not a legitimate pinball retailer, do not send them money. Stay away from this scam.

Awesome experience from the time I ordered, working with customer service, on-time delivery, professional set-up, etc. I would truly recommend Premium Pinballs LLC to everyone. This was my first experience with a Pinball machine and I received quality trouble shooting walking me through a couple minor/easy adjustments. I give them a 10 out of 10!!!
