F3 Construction did an Awesome Job making our Backyard vision into realit, better than we could have imagined.. From the first day we met Olman we knew he was the right man for the job. He was available anytime to answer any questions we had. His Crew was also great. Ives who was here everyday answered any questions we had and showed us exactly what was going on. They were very meticulous with everything they did. All concerns were addressed right away as well. We could not have asked for a better company. F3 Construction is the way to go. I recently hired F3 Construction for a full basement renovation, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the team was professional, transparent, and incredibly detail-oriented.
What Stood Out:

From initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire team was professional, friendly, respectful of our home and incredibly skilled. Olman gave recommendations along the way that brought our deck project to a perfect outcome.
Craftsmanship is outstanding- every detail superb, our finished project looks amazing. They completed the project ahead of schedule and even power washed the entire area and left it better than they found it.
Olman runs an A+++ company and his employees and end result shows. I highly recommend F3 for any and all projects. We are already scheduled to do an additional project.

My husband and I Have been renovating our home on and off for years. We are very familiar with contractors and working with different types of projects and companies. I have to say that we have had the best experience with F3 construction. We had received Different estimates from various companies and they were the most economical. At first, we were hesitant because you get what you pay for, but they were fantastic. They cleaned up after themselves and did the work during the time frame stated. More importantly, the quality of the work was very, very good. My husband and I are usually the general contractors on all our matters so we are On top of the workers and let me tell you These workers knew what they were doing. They didn’t have to be redirected. It is obviously they take pride in their work, and the owner was on site everyday to check on quality of work. Which is always good.

I highly recommend F3. They had to rebuild a cedar pool deck were structure was failing. They did a great job in making it structurally sound for years to come. F3 has a very detailed professional staff that really care about the quality of there service.

F3 Construction did an amazing job remodeling our deck. From the very beginning, Olman helped us through the planning and design and took into consideration every detail of our vision for what we wanted. Everything from the cascading steps to what we were looking for in lighting, was delivered exactly the way we envisioned it and more. Olman and his crew were professional, knowledgeable and organized. They worked diligently to get the project done on time, while still paying attention to every detail to make sure it was done right. We are so happy with our new deck and we will definitely work with them again for any future home project we decide to do.

F3 was highly recommened by our neighbor. The owner Olman brought samples and sat down with us to review all the options. He was very helpful. I can't say enough about the crew and the GM Ivis.
