Excellent experience with Europarts of San Diego! My order arrived on time, and when I realized there was a sizing issue, their team resolved it immediately and made the return and refund process simple. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend Europarts and will gladly purchase from them again!

Excellent customer service. Joe is super patient, and helps you through the process of finding the right part. These guys own sprinter vans as well, so that experience counts a lot when you need advice on the right part. Keep up the good work guys, it goes a long way for customers.

Ordered many times from them for my sprinter. Quality parts. Superior knowledge. Great customer service. Fast shipping. Great prices. Recently needed a part last minute, called and they had it packed and shipped with a hour. Will continue to order from them for all my parts needs.

Frustrated with the shipping. I called to be sure they would make it to me in time before a long road trip and I was assured they would make it in time and I didn’t need to upgrade shipping. Well they didn’t make it in time and I’m headed out on a 4000mile trip without my much needed parts. Order early. Dont trust the shipping estimate if you are pressed for time.

Amazing how one finds the perfect option for OEM and higher quality parts than nothside limports,
The help with gathering parts, information and overall what's most important to me as a mobile fleet service tech is all of the above expectations and pricing one can live with. Thanks again guys
