I went to Ennis Smiles because of their good reviews, but my experience was the complete opposite.

After they performed a panoramic scan and CT scan, I simply asked for written confirmation that they would not bill my insurance so I could go elsewhere and have the service covered. This was repeatedly denied — no written note, no email, and nothing visible in my patient portal. I was told I’d have to “go by their word,” with no way to verify anything.

I also requested copies of my imaging. I was given conflicting answers, then told nothing could be sent at all — only a consent form I never requested.

Most of my communication was with Lupe (last name starts with A), who was consistently dismissive and unhelpful. She refused to document my request in a way I could see and would not provide basic transparency.

Calls were dropped, explanations constantly changed, and I ultimately left without help or clarity. Patients deserve access to their records and clear billing communication. I would not recommend this office.

& I was a new patient. Proof that I was there today as well are in the photos !

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. The treatment was painful, and my appointment took much longer than expected. The staff did not properly explain the procedure, which made me uncomfortable. I also noticed some staff members acting unprofessionally instead of focusing on their work. I expected better care and communication.

The most compassionate women!! I had an anxiety attack while in the office, they took me to the backroom gave me water and medicine to help calm me down. The doctor even gave me her lunch so I could put something in my stomach inorder to take the medicine. Even offered to walk around outside with me to help calm my nerves! 10/10 👍👍

The dentist is so fast and efficient. I make appointments coinciding when I’m in town just for the service I receive here. They’re upfront about costs and treatment plans. The staff go out of their way to work with me on appointment scheduling. I’ll continue using this place for my dental needs forever if possible. The dentist actually listens to my concerns and explains things in a way I can understand. She also brought back my smile after years of neglect on my part, which is invaluable. I cannot recommend them enough.

AMAZING, OMG... The Doctor cleans my teeth with electric power, literally removing with super force any and all build up. This is the best service anywhere from anyone. They ROCK and she, the Dentist is a super STAR. Rock on forever Ennis Smiles.......

Been going here since 2021, the staff is just magnificent and wonderful !! they treated me like a king 🤴🏽 Mrs Lupe and Mrs Jessica are just fantastic receptionists, and just very welcoming!!! Then Alondra is just amazing with teeth cleaning and X-rays and is just very reassuring with the process! Very nice people over all and super good office to go to. And then the Dr is just amazing and very procatious and careful !!! 💯🫶🏼

I had a cleaning and some fillings done at Ennis Smiles, and the care I received was amazing. I had a panic attack during the numbing shots, and the dentist was incredibly compassionate and patient. She took her time, made me feel safe, and worked with me on a treatment plan that focused on saving teeth, not pushing unnecessary work. The wait was a bit long yes, but the quality of care made it worth. I look forward to my next appointment here. Highly recommend!

My son needed an appt for severe pain called and we got right in on a Saturday and 2 days later got treatment started. The whole staff is beyond amazing the dentist the dental assistants the office staff especially Lupe she has been beyond help I highly recommend their office.

I had a fantastic experience at Ennis Smiles! I needed to have a decayed wisdom tooth removed, and from my first consultation to the extraction, everything was clear and professional. The team was incredibly gentle and attentive when administering the numbing solution and during the extraction—honestly, it was completely painless! As a self-pay patient, I was also impressed by how affordable everything was. I’ll definitely be returning to Ennis Smiles for all my dental needs, and I highly recommend them to friends and family.
