David from Middletown Todd’s car wash was the absolute best. I’m so used to my experiences at car washes being very hands off after I go through but he came over after noticing I was scrubbing my rubber mats and he took them for me to power wash! And when I found another mat after he’d already finished power washing the back and front ones, he took my cargo one and power washed it too! The guy 100% deserves a raise!

Todd’s Place Car Wash in Middletown has created a a fan in me. No other car wash is even a consideration Always clean, Always perfectly attended. Love the monthly wash plan. Towel carts are so thoughtful. My. Rubber mats are washed by an attendant, when I ask. Honestly, no negatives at all..

I paid for the best wash during a promotion for 1/2 off. The rep said he needed to put my credit card on file to add to the monthly promotion for the rate. I mentioned, I did not want to enroll on the monthly, he assured I will not get auto billed it was a one time transaction. I looked at my bill, I have been getting billed the past several months. This is very unpleasant. I am disputing these charges.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your employees at the Shelbyville Road location — Aiden Bullock.

I was there last weekend for quite a while, cleaning out my car myself, and Aiden stood out in a way that I felt needed to be acknowledged. While others were not as attentive, he consistently checked on me, asked if I needed anything, and was genuinely kind and helpful the entire time I was there.

It’s rare to see that level of initiative and customer care, especially from someone so young. His attitude, work ethic, and willingness to serve did not go unnoticed, and it made a lasting impression on me.

You have a special employee in Aiden, and I hope he is recognized for the way he represents your business.

Thank you for providing a place where customers are treated well — and especially for having team members like him.

Came through the drive-through on Shelbyville rd. I bought the most expensive car wash. I used the bug cleaner to get the bugs off the front of my vehicle prior to going through the wash. I came through the car wash and this is what my tires and wheels look like after their best wash. I pulled back around and informed the attendant working. He told me to “go clean my wheels at the bug wash station my self That that ought to take care of it”. For buying their best car wash I should not have to get out of my vehicle and scrub my rims. I know if you go through mikes car wash down the street for the same money they will thoroughly clean your vehicle prior to going through the wash. This ensures your car is clean. If it’s not they will send you back through the car wash at no expense. I feel for the money you can get a better wash and better customer service at mikes.
