Don’t waste your money , bad quality, owner wouldn’t exchange a not working product with in a week of purchase and he’s excuse is the led he sells are fragile, even though at the time of purchase he bragged about the quality and warranty, they don’t care about customer service at all , they just want the money !

November 24, I bought three color changing strips, because I needed one strip of lights longer than the 16 feet it came in, and was told the lights could be daisy chained with one remote. Sounded like a good deal.

Turns out, when I plugged it in, and turned on the remote, the green color on the remote turned the lights red and vice versa. Then, on further examination, I noticed the white LED's starting to turn a greenish hue at about 12 feet.

Then, when I plugged a second strand into the first one, the greenish hue LED's turned RED.. so one strand going white, then red, and the second strand red as well.

I called the store about this, and was given the excuse "they must have wired the remotes wrong at the factory, you just have to play with the colors". Then I told him about the two strands together changing color. I am making something for a client that wanted a consistent light, so these light would not work.

On the hopes that it might be a wiring fluke, I asked if I could exchange them for another, which he said he could.

So, I went back to the store, got two brand new boxes off the shelf, asked if we could test them..

Well, the two brand new strips tested the exact same way as the ones I bought. Because I didn't have the plastic reel or the electrostatic bag, they would not return one of the three sets I had purchased. They did return the other two units, though. (I suspect they will try and resell it.)

I thought this was going to be a decent place that would get more of my business. I'm now stuck with a multi color LED strip that doesn't work properly and I'm out 50 buck because of it.. and now I have to explain a delay in getting my product to my client while I have to spend time finding a new lighting solution.

You need LED lighting? Go somewhere else!

This is not right.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could.

If you're a business, don't waste your time with these guys. They don't honor agreements.

This business has multiple options for every possible lighting install at very reasonable prices. The staff here are very pleasant to work with. I come here all the time.
