Dr.Jackson and Dr.O’Connor took the time to truly listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.

What stood out the most was the genuine compassion and care I received. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that my health and well-being were the top priority. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making the experience even better.

It’s rare to find a doctor who combines exceptional medical knowledge with such a caring bedside manner. I am incredibly grateful for the excellent care I’ve received and would confidently recommend Dr.Jackson and Dr.O’Connor to anyone looking for a physician who truly cares about their patients.

The initial visit to Dr. Jackson was excellent! He listened to all my concerns while he was evaluating my condition. Dr. Jackson gave the roadway for the care that I would need to address and fix my condition. I look forward to our follow-up and I highly recommend seeing him if you can!

Love it just a total difference from the one that was on Clinton. A friendly atmosphere and very respectable. I like it good change keep it up guys. You’re good this time. I didn’t get stuck in a room for a half hour much appreciate that very good. Very good over here. Give it 55 stars.

I’ve visited OrthoNY multiple times for both myself and family members, and overall, the care we’ve received has been excellent.

The only challenge is getting an appointment. Reaching someone by phone can be frustrating, and it sometimes takes a while to actually get through and schedule something in a timely manner. That part of the process could definitely be improved.

That said, once you’re in, the experience is completely different. The providers here are fantastic—very friendly, thorough, and attentive. They take their time to explain things clearly and make sure you understand your treatment plan. You never feel rushed, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their patients.

Please note that my star rating is based on the process of obtaining an appointment, not the care itself. The service we receive is truly five out of five stars.

Overall, despite the difficulty with scheduling, the quality of care more than makes up for it. I do hope they’re able to sort out whatever is going on with their appointment system and phone lines to make the process easier and less stressful for patients. If that improves, this would easily be a five-star experience.
