We had a clogged kitchen sink that was backing up on both sides and draining very slowly. I called Real Deal Plumbing at 3:00 PM, and they were at my house by 5:00 PM the same day!

The guys were professional, friendly, and quickly diagnosed the problem. The clog turned out to be a grease blockage about 40 feet down the line—far beyond what we could reach ourselves. He cleared it efficiently, explained what was causing the issue, and had everything draining perfectly again.

The service was prompt, honest, and reasonably priced. I really appreciated the quick response and excellent work. I would definitely recommend Real Deal Plumbing and will call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Onkar did a great job and was super easy to deal with. He came on time, fixed everything properly, and knew exactly what he was doing. You can tell he actually cares about his work. Definitely recommend him if you need a good plumber.

We called Onkar when our hotwater stopped. They responded immediately, and was able to replace our hot water tank within less than 24 hours. Onkar, and his team showed us utmost professionalism, and answered all our questions precisely. They were full of knowledge, very respectful and cleaned up after themselves without leaving any mess. I have used other plumbing companies in the past, but these guys are indeed the "real deal "with respect to knowledge and most importantly ensuring peace of mind to the customer. I can only wish I had met them all sooner, as a home owner a well trusted plumber who charges market value, rather than taking advantage is a rare find these days. Onkar at Real Deal Plumbing was incredible to work with. I called him late at night around 9:30pm, and he was at my house the next morning at 8am — you honestly can’t ask for faster service.

We had a main sewer clog that backed up and flooded our basement. From the first introduction, Onkar was professional and confident. His work truck was spotless and well-organized, which might seem small to some, but as a Red Seal Mechanic with 20 years working on high-end cars, that kind of presentation says a lot about someone’s pride in their work.

Instead of starting inside, Onkar immediately went outside and located the main drain connecting the house to the city. Within five minutes, he had diagnosed the issue. He cleared the clog without any trouble, then scoped the entire line with me — from the main drain all the way into the house (kitchen sink) and back out toward the city — just to confirm everything was 100% clear.

Throughout the job, he explained every step, shared preventative maintenance tips (which I did right away), and was totally comfortable with me watching the whole process. That kind of openness and confidence in your work is rare and very appreciated.

It’s great to see a young entrepreneur operating at this level. I would absolutely recommend Onkar to anyone and he’ll be my go-to plumber from now on. Excellent work all around.

We had the pleasure of meeting Onkar and his colleague, they took the time to come out and have a look at what we needed done. We had our counters replaced and needed to install our new kitchen sink and faucet. Garrett came out and did the installation, he was great, he was very patient with us, and explained everything that would be done, and was done upon completion. Onkar also followed up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We were very happy, and would highly recommend Onkar and his team, and feel better knowing if anything arises we will be calling Real Deal Plumbing & Drainage.

Our home had a sewer block through a freak accident. We had consulted another plumber but he wasn't able to resolve the issue. Onkar showed up on a Sunday, investigated the sewer lines, ran his camera through and resolved the issue. He removed the substantial blockage, told us precisely what happened and made recommendations. He also guaranteed his work for life. Finally, he gave us a decent rate, and most important of all, peace of mind. There are good plumbers out there, but if you want a professional who guarantees his work ("I won't charge you if I can't fix it"), call Real Deal Plumbing.
