Aaron was referred to me by a couple of friends of mine. They raved. I can see why. He was very professional in all aspects. Very knowledgeable and helped me through all the details of listing my home and going through the offers. He had great insights and advice. Very in tune with the current market. It was a fast, crazy experience and Aaron was right on top of it; messaging, calling when need be, making sure I was in the loop at all times. After the papers were signed he sent messages to advise me of the next steps to finish up until closing day. Great experience: fast, easy, no stress. I have already recommended him to a friend. If you are buying or selling Aaron will do an excellent job for you. Thank you Aaron!

Aaron was fabulous! Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, which was a massive relief for us as out of province buyers. He’s quick to reply, knew the areas of the city well and had everything set up in advance to make our purchase smooth. He helped us find our dream home and I will be recommending him to all friends, family and coworkers. Thanks so much Aaron!

Aaron sold our house two years ago when it wasn’t the sellers market that it is today. It sold on the first day in competing offers for much higher than I could have imagined. Fast forward to today and Aaron worked with us to find exactly what we wanted. We are settling in nicely to our forever home. We are so happy with our purchase. Thanks so much for helping me find my forever home.

I met Aaron of Optimum Realty through a friend that had used Aaron before to find and purchase a home and also to sell her home. I personally found Aaron to be friendly, honest and very accommodating. He worked very hard to find a home in our price range, location, size, style and move in condition. Aaron ensured the home we were looking at was a good value for the dollars we were spending. Aaron was very knowledgable on the homes that we viewed. He was quick to communicate with us and answered all our question making our buying process stress free. When I sold my home Aaron did a wonderful job of advertising and got my home sold at a good market value in a very short time. I would definitely highly recommend Aaron Habicht for your real estate requirements. Thanks Aaron, job well done.

Aaron is a very hard working, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly realtor. We sat down with him and explained what we were looking for and he set up listing each day in the price range and the location we wanted.
When he found the home we were happy with, he was very honest about what would be a reasonable price and what he thought the home was worth. Aaron was very quick in communicating with us and answered all our questions. He made our buying and selling process very easy and stress free.
We purchased a home and now listed mine. Again, talking with Aaron, basically to come to a realistic price for my home. He did some research to find out what was a fair price. He did a beautiful video, and sent it out before the listing hit the market. He does not list it above what he thinks is fair.
In this crazy market today, my home sold in one week, over asking, with several offers on the table.
Please, if you are looking to buy or sell.
Aaron is one of the best realtors to take care of your needs. He always goes above and beyond for his clients.

Aaron, Ryan and Krista have been absolutely incredible to work with, I started with a not so great experience with someone else and from the moment I got ahold of Aaron it was nothing but smooth sailing. As a first time home buyer I never imagined the process could be so easy and so fast, their ability to be on top of things and give quick responses was impeccable! Can't recommend working with them enough!
