I had my entire roof re-shingled and the work was done very well. Kevin and his crew were timely, polite, and professional. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day, which I really appreciated. We did notice a minor issue after the job was finished, but they responded quickly and resolved it without any problems. I had to get quotes and arrange a roof replace from another city. Kevin was incredibly helpful, went to look at the job quickly, communicated thoroughly by text messages, and even suggested alternatives to keep the cost down. When the day came the crew was on time, the work was completed well, and a Ton of pictures showing all stages of the work as it progressed throughout the day was sent to me at the end. And when MY mistake led to a small delay in payment - he was completely understanding and courteous. I can happily give this company five stars and a 100% positive review.

Kevin and his crew showed up at my house just after 8am on a Saturday morning. They worked until the job was completed and that was just after 6pm.

Once the new roof was completed they took their time cleaning up the outside of house paying special attention for roofing nails.

The communication from start to finish was amazing.

The price that I was quoted was the price that I paid.

I had my roof completely removed and replaced by Kevin. Excellent service and excellent price very reasonable. To top it off I had to get him back two times once the Chip monk's damaged my roof last year and this year the raccoons were trying to get through and started ripping the shingles. After the recent snowfall, a portion of my eavestrough dislodged. 3 other companies either didn't respond or told me they couldn't come for days. I emailed late last night and Bros confirmed the following morning and came 2 hrs later. My eavestrough was fixed before noon and for a very fair price. 100% would recommend!!

I have used Kevin at Bros roofing before for a couple smaller jobs. He did the work perfectly so I decided to use him for my complete roof replacement. His pricing was good and his service even better. He did the roof efficiently and with photos to keep me informed along the way. After it was completed, I asked him to come back a couple times to clean and fix a couple minor items. He came back and went above and beyond what I had asked for. And this is after I had paid him. I will not use anyone else and I will recommend him to all family and friends.
