I had a great experience with Smart Auto Move. I had booked the shipping service just a week ago from Seattle, WA to Oviedo, Florida. The price was reasonable. They very well communicated to me about the schedule and they shipped my vehicle in 6 days as they promised for expedite service which saved some money on a rental car. The driver Paul was so friendly and he safely handed over my car. I would definitely recommend their service to my friends.

So, so happy I used these guys, my mother-in-law went with another company because she thought these guys were too expensive and got run through the wringer, first they increased her price, they were late for both the picking up and the delivery and were rude to her on the phone and the truck driver made her take a cab to pick up her car nearby. With Smart Auto move they honored their original price and were relatively right on time for the pickup and the delivery right to my house with no extra mumbo jumbo.

Our family just moved to Kissimmee from the Westchester NY and we had this company bring down two of our car, their rates were even with some of the other auto transport companies we checked out, but their reputation was better than all of them and I see why as they delivered with excellent, reliable service.
