We were searching for two comfortable couches for our family room that would be very comfortable yet hold up to large dogs that think they are human. We were shown where our targeted focus was and given the time and freedom to look and take our time trying the various styles out. Shopping at Ashley’s Hunt Valley store was very comfortable and pleasant - with no push. Our sales person was wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone who needs furniture.

I came in tonight to look at mattresses with my husband. Chase was super helpful in assisting us and ensuring we picked out the best mattress. At checkout Dot was excellent as well and it was smooth and super fast.

Thank you for being a great team and allowing us to be in and out under a hour.

Chase R. greeted us upon entry and immediately took us to the furniture pieces we saw online. He was able to help us determine the proper size for our space and he was incredibly professional and polite! Hopefully more people get to work with Chase! Very excited to get our furniture in home!

Cardier was so helpful and very accommodating through my entire visit to the store! Helped me get exactly what I was looking for and even moved around some furniture for me! Great experience overall

Our salesperson, Chase was pleasant and accommodating. He gave us our space to look and experience the leather recliner couches but he was also accessible when we had questions. In anddition, he went above and beyond by bringing over a side table we were interested in to see if we’d like it with the couch. Chase explained the financing and seemed knowledgeable about how the warranty works. It was an overall easy and pleasurable experience.
