Very happy with the thorough and professional care from Dr. Osayande. He takes the time to do things right and made me feel comfortable. The staff are also very friendly. Highly recommend!

Most mismanaged unaccomadating dental practice in all of Kings County. Appointment made like 6 months ago in July of 2025 and calls to reschedule a week before January 26 2026 appointment. Totally unacceptable , this clinic has more dentists than other staff.

Update- they removed my first review and are still refusing to answer phone calls or send over my dental records.
I contacted the office because a large filling—approximately one third of my tooth—had fallen out, and I needed it replaced urgently. Since the earliest regular appointment was months away, I was placed on a waitlist. I was contacted for an opening today and made it clear multiple times, both during scheduling and at my visit, that my primary concern was having the filling repaired.
However, during my appointment, I was told I needed a cleaning and full-mouth X-rays instead. I assumed the filling would be addressed during the same visit, but after over an hour of cleaning, the dentist came in to discuss other issues that were not my main concern.
Dr. Osayande’s manner was unexpectedly rough—he forcefully pulled at the side of my mouth with the dental mirror and scraped my teeth aggressively. When assessing the broken tooth, he asked if it was painful. I explained it only bothered me when eating something cold, such as ice cream. He then directed cold air onto the tooth for an extended period (approximately 5–10 seconds), which caused unnecessary discomfort.
He also made a comment that implied I was being dishonest because of gum bleeding and left the room abruptly. The interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessarily harsh.
I have decided to cancel my future appointment as I do not feel comfortable returning. I called the office to inform them of this, but despite seeing multiple receptionists available, I have yet to receive a call back after more than two hours of waiting.

Awesome dentist! The staff are all super friendly. I had a tooth break off and they had me in within a few days to fix it. Always professional and love the work they’ve done to my teeth thus far. I highly recommend.

If I could leave a “-5 stars” I would… I have never been more disgusted by a professional practice in my entire life..
I went in for a routine checkup/cleaning and was told by the dentist that I needed 6 teeth fixed.. when I responded with a fair amount of shock because I have never had any issues with my teeth, the dentist told me i could “get a second opinion if I want” and walked out of the room…
So that is exactly what I did… I went to a different office to have my teeth checked.. to find out I DO NOT need ANY work done to my teeth.
I am absolutely appalled by the fact that this dentist office is trying to scam people into spending money they do not need to spend.
Safe to say I will NEVER be stepping foot back in this office again.

I arrived for my appointment at 2 PM for my check up. I was also booked for a hygienist appointment, which I never booked. She informed me that the dentist was out sick. I asked why I was not called early that morning to cancel my appointment with the dentist. The hygienist told me I needed to talk to the front end person.
When I questioned her about why she didn’t call me she informed me that I had a hygienist appointment anyway and that I could come in the next morning at 8:30 to see the dentist. I said I could not come in at 8:30 the next morning and I was very upset with the way she spoke to me. I told her that I had drove 45 minutes to get to this appointment and her response was well some people drive 2 hours for an appointment. She also told me that I couldn’t have a check up before I had a hygienist appointment. She then looked at the calendar and told me there was no appointments until the end of October. My question again was why didn’t you just call me to let me know that the dentist was not going to be in the Office that morning and then rebook me. She was very impatient & somewhat rude. I am sure there was another appointment sooner than the end of October. Today is only August 15th. 🤨

I always had good visits & appreciated the dentists calm demeanor, and compassionate approach, but since January I've attempted to contact this office, leaving numerous voicemails detailing urgent matters like needing an oral assessment for a cancer concern, experiencing pain due to a filling coming out after treatment, and requesting to transfer my files. They never answered or returned my calls. This level of disregard for patient concerns is deeply disappointing and reflects unprofessionally.

After having several appointments cancelled, some with no reschedule date, we have moved on to another clinic. Kind of sad, as we went here for years with no issues until the last few months.

Had my first appointment in December or January it was great. The dentist was phenomenal and made me feel extremely comfortable. We made a dental plan to start in April due to them being previously booked. Since then, all of my appointments have been canceled by the Dental office with promise to follow up to rebook within two days. It has been 1 month with no follow up. If I call, I get a voicemail with no response.
