This is a great company with a wonderful customer service, Solana and Adam always returned my phone calls and kept me informed in detail from start to the end. Very accommodating, addressed all my concerns. This was my second time in nearly 10 years that I hired this company to move from state to state and I'll do it again if need to be. The drivers were excellent on time, made sure that everything was secured and protected. The driver always made sure to keep me informed included pictures of my furniture at the final destination placed in storage. Thank you to everyone that was involved you made it less stressful.

I checked out about 4 moving companies. STI was not the cheapest yet was the most thorough on their process and pricing. Asked me all the right questions and answered mine. Did not charge me extra for heavy furniture or having to move from a third floor apartment without an elevator. Some of my furniture had to be dismantled, yet was assured they would reassemble it. The crew was great! Worked very hard and efficiently. I had boxed up most of my things yet did have them pack some things for me. That was a relief 😅 I am so happy I went with them. They are true to their word when they say should anything go wrong, they’d do their best to correct it. Well I have an antique armoire that had to be disassembled. They built it back up. The next day when I opened one door, it fell off. They took ownership and had Thomas come out to fix it at no cost to me. Was not an easy job, yet he got it done. Thank you Thomas🥂.
Wish I could name the three terrific crew members from the major move, but misplaced that information. Lastly, highly recommend this company for a job well done and their integrity.
Thank you! Moving is very stressful yet they made it less so. Have to shout out to Ivanna who helped me through the whole process and was so responsive. It was mainly because of her that I decided to book your company. Don’t let her get away. 😆🤩

First time we used this moving company was one year ago to move my daughter from out of state college to Chicago. We called various moving companies from local to the big national chains. STI was by far the least expensive, very thorough, professional and reliable service. They were honest and kept the cost to the estimate we were given. No run around or hidden costs. The crew that moved my daughter delivered all of her items without damaging a single item or losing anything. Including a Pilates one piece wooden reformer machine without a single scratch. For that reason we decided to use them again for a move within the city of Chicago. Once again they arrived exactly on the time given. A crew of four extremely hard working men moved us with no issues and nothing missing or damaged. They were quick and efficient and were once again the least expensive of all the other moving companies we called. Thank you STI for making moving less stressful by being so reliable and professional.

Oscar and the rest of the team from STI did an amazing job!! It was snowing during the move. They were careful to protect all of our floors and not to bang anything into the walls. They were fast, friendly, and efficient. Everything was in perfect condition when it arrived and they were finished earlier than I ever could have imagined. They did an awesome job! Pain free!! It was so cold but they didn’t really take a break and went above and beyond getting the trash (a lot) out to the back for garbage day the next day. They were great! I would definitely use them again. Colin, Polo, Javier and Alfredo and there price was extremely low or all they did!!

I’m a local Move Coordinator, and after speaking with STI, I chose to work with them because of their exceptional follow-up—and they absolutely delivered. From the salesperson to the movers, everyone was top-notch, professional, kind, and courteous, and worked very efficiently. A job estimated to take up to four hours was completed in just two. My son was moving from the Chicago area to Charleston, SC for his job. STI came to our home and gave a very fair quote for the move. They were responsive to all of our questions, were on time for the pack and move and got his items delivered timely with no damage whatsoever. Communication before, during and at the time of delivery was outstanding. I can't say enough great things about this company. He was in good hands. We will definitely use STI in the future.

Oscar and team were great professionals and did a wonderful job. The final price came in under estimate, which Martin did on sight with me and was very thorough. We had a good amount of heavy woodworking machinery and heavy furniture in addition to all the usual things. Whole-heartedly recommend.

I was really glad I chose STI. They were quick to respond and give a estimate. The crew was outstanding and did not waste time. Other companies told me that my move would take 2 days. STI estimated 1 day and they finished under the estimated time. My actual price was less than the estimate. Great company!

I do not recommend this company.
I specifically instructed them to pack my marble table carefully due to its high value (over $3,000), and it arrived completely destroyed. Despite the damage, I have not received appropriate compensation. They offered only $30, which is unacceptable.

In addition, the entire process was disorganized. They failed to provide proper notice of delivery and did not inform me 24 hours in advance as expected. Overall, the experience was highly disappointing and frustrating.
