My furnace was short cycling so the first place I called was Cooley Mechanical. Adam answered the phone very quickly and although he was unable to schedule an appointment, he referred me another reputable HVAC company and he even offered to walk me through a couple things. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to help even when he was unable to schedule an appointment. We will definitely call Cooley Mechanical for service going forward. Thanks Adam!

Not sure what kind of business is being ran here. No called no showed to two APPOINTMENTS. What's the point of a time slotted appointment. Between 8 and 10 am. To wait around for no body to show up. TWICE. Adam Cooley personally calls me the second time. Around 3 hours after the allotted SECOND appointment. Referred to their dispatch. Who apologized for nobody showing up. And a technician would be contacting me within 24 hours to get a scheduled time. We'll. That was. Over a week ago now. Problem has been resolved now. But very disappointed not even a follow up from this business. Would not recommend. Not even sure their real. Paid good reviews.
EDIT: YOU should probably remove youre scheduled options from your 'website' then. No showing to two different appointments and calling with an attitude at 7pm on a Saturday after reading this review.

Adam did a fantastic job with our furnace, getting our heat back up and running quickly.
I found his pricing to be fair and reasonable as well. We will be using Cooley Mechanical in the future.

Highly satisfied with Cooley Mechanical! My furnace was going out and my tenant was getting cold and Adam was very thorough and informative throughout the entire process. He worked long hours making sure everything was perfect for a cozy winter! They also worked with me on a financial plan that fit my budget. 10/10 Cooley for the win!

Adam took the time explaining everything. My furnace hasn't worked as well, as it does now, since I've lived here (over 10yrs)! I am very happy I chose Cooley Mechanical. I won't go to any other place. Highly recommend!!

We just moved to Michigan and were totallly shocked to find the furnace was unable to be used, its only getting colder, so I called Cooley Mechanical. The technicians were
absolutely phenomenal! They were able to come earlier than expected, they were quick, and they were incredibly thorough! Both technicians were kind, personable, and highly knowledgeable. They were able to explain clearly what was wrong with the furnace, and how to proceed. It's honestly been a great experience working with Cooley, and I look forward to working with them in the future! I am grateful for the incredible service!
