Incredible experience from start to finish! Tony from JT was the only one to pick up when I was looking for a windshield repair and had called multiple places. He told me the details and options with insurance and without on the phone & by text. Great communication! On top of all that, he provided me with a shuttle service to and from the gym while my car was being worked on. Never lost a second of my time! And the work was done in under 2hrs!! My window regulator on my 4Runner broke and Tony replaced it. He was professional, friendly and gave me advice on where to buy a new part and was super accommodating. He made time for me to come in last minute and installed it without issues. He was extremely polite, his shop was immaculate and gave me the impression that he’s a trust worthy person who is passionate about doing a great job and making sure clients are happy. Amazing customer service at JT Auto Glass. Super responsive and honestly one of the easiest experiences I’ve had. I went in to replace my cracked windshield. Better price and service than anywhere else I checked, plus lifetime warranty. I also needed a safety done and Tony helped me to schedule a safety check done the same day. I left the car with him in the morning, he got the windshield replaced and got the safety check done at the garage next door and even worked out a deal. Fast, smooth, no stress. No brainer.. highly recommend.

I highly recommend this company be your first call for windshield repair! They have the best price in the Outaouais region for windshield repair.
The gentleman we dealt with was highly skilled and knowledgeable. It was a very comfortable environment to wait in, even with a baby. They were very patient and kind too, my baby had not finished feeding when my vehicle was finished so we were invited to take as long as we needed to take care of the baby. They made me feel I was welcome even after their job was completed.

Our experience at JT auto glass was A1, and highly recommend. We had someone break one of the windows on our vehicle. After calling JT Auto, Tony drove over the same day (mobile service) and replaced the window. They were a pleasure to work with. Great service, great value. Thank you!
