Only some of kitchen staff is friendly. I was shushed away, manager is never friendly. Worst ran Kwik trip I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to at least 20. Sad this is in my home town. I’ve even had some food be cold. But Chad is a great guy and a woman (forgive me if I spell it wrong) Alena is great and super friendly also! Same with a man I met by Dean in the kitchen.

Was hungry so I grabbed a burrito to try. Huge mistake! Horrible and messy. Liquid cheese shot out all over my leg. Heading to an awards banquet covered in cheese and still have a couple hours to go. Lucky I can handle the heat and you dont have a lawsuit on your hands!!!

After a 10-hour work day, all I wanted to do was fill my tank and run my vehicle through the car wash. Simple, right? Apparently not.
First issue no printer paper at the pump. What is it with Northern Michigan gas stations always being out of receipt paper? The printer makes a horrible metal grinding sound and nothing prints, so I have to go inside… completely defeating the purpose of paying at the pump.
Inside there’s a long line with one cashier, so I wait several minutes just to get my receipt.
I walk back across the parking lot, drive to the wash, enter the code…
Denied. Try again. Denied again.
So I park, go back inside, wait in line again, only to be told:
“Oh… the Ultimate car wash isn’t working.”
So a 5-minute stop turned into 25 minutes, and I still didn’t get a car wash.
Maybe next time tell customers the car wash isn’t working, or better yet don’t sell car washes when the bays are down.

They have some of the best food, grocery items, great deals and prices on a lot of things. Good variety, very friendly and helpful staff. Dislike buying gas here, don't AT ALL like prepay for buying gas which is the only thing they allow so I don't buy gas. But absolutely love it as a store!

Had a great experience. Extremely friendly staff were working hard and it shows. Very clean, brand new.
And as far as for trucks some parking but I think they are building a new one in Rapid SOON!
