My experience with Fab Glass and Mirror started off great, but quickly became frustrating. A sales representative personally contacted me by phone and email when I first showed interest. She was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, and honestly she is the only reason this review gets 2 stars instead of 1.

The design process itself was simple but not very informative. I provided measurements exactly according to Fab’s instructions, measuring from centerline as requested. Before approving the final drawings, I called their engineer to clarify the stated tolerances and clearances. The drawings showed ½ inch removed from both the top and bottom to allow adjustment within the metal framework.

After approving the drawings on February 23rd, I heard nothing for nearly three weeks. When I finally called, I was told the glass was finished and ready to ship but they were waiting on one hardware piece supposedly arriving that day. A week later I was told the exact same thing. After several more calls with no progress, I requested they ship the order without the missing part and send it separately later.

The order finally shipped on March 26th, 31 days after approval. The glass arrived first, then the hardware arrived separately the next day badly damaged. I refused delivery and contacted Fab, only to be told it was basically not their problem until the package was returned to them. After multiple calls, replacement hardware eventually arrived directly from FHC, despite Fab repeatedly implying they were handling it themselves.

Installation went smoothly until the transom panel. The panel fit the opening perfectly, but the hinge cutouts did not line up. When I contacted Fab, their immediate response was that the problem was my fault. I submitted photos for review and then heard nothing for a week until I followed up myself. Eventually they claimed there was nothing wrong with the panel.

The issue came down to unclear instructions regarding tolerances. Nowhere was it explained that the ½-inch clearances had to remain equally distributed for proper hinge alignment. Instead of helping resolve the issue, I was met with hostility and blame.

After spending thousands of dollars, the lack of customer service was unacceptable. I will use a local glass company for the replacement and will not recommend Fab Glass and Mirror.

Terrible service. Ordered shower glass months ago. Received a message saying there is a short delay...couple days. 2 weeks later I call and a "Manager" apologizes while not fixing anything. Claims their was a flaw in the glass but forgot to notify me of the 2 week delay. Said he would rush the order. Order showed up regular delivery a month and a half late. Delivery service was also late on their delivery. Manager also said he would apply a discount to my purchase. I've not received anything from them including an update from the manager.
Obviously I'm Not a fan of this company. There are many other glass companies to choose from.

Dont purchase products from Fab Glass and mirror. No warranties!

Ordered Portofino shower door product from Homedepot. The shower handle and rollers are black. It is a painted product! It is failing in less than two years and they do not have a warranty.

Save you money and order from a company that has a warranty on finishes.

I ordered 2 showers one of them had glass but was missing hardware. The replacement came 2 weeks later hardwarewas wrong color. Replacement came 2 weeks later was right color but did not have the right size handle to fit my door. 3 weeks later never received replacement handle still have the wrong color one on it.

Adhesive gave way from the middle mirror of a 30 yr old tri-mirrored bathroom medicine cabinet, crashed and shattered. Kohler pedestal sink below was spared. Contacted suppliers to hopefully find a replacement for a rectangular, arched top, beveled mirror. Exhausted that avenue. Replacing the entire cabinet was an expensive proposition since the bathroom had his and hers sinks and cabinets. Went to a local glass and mirror company who could farm the job out and then install. Very expensive. Googled and found FAB. Gentleman with a foreign accent took my information and gave me a very reasonable price with a Memorial Day discount. I would have to supply the installer. Margins were very tight. 1/4” off and the replacement wouldn’t fit and operate. Paid by credit card and waited. Almost 3 weeks went by and I thought by now I was scammed. I called, spoke to the same gentleman who informed me the mirror was being shipped the next day. It arrived UPS, packaging was incredible, mirror cut to the exact specifications, bevel was 3/4” as was specified. Had my handyman do the installation, let the adhesive set for 48 hours and loaded the cabinet with all my wife’s stuff. If I could give a rating of 11 out of 10 I would. Great company, quality, honorable, reasonable price. I’m not being paid for this review and the owner isn’t my brother in law!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. We ordered a custom shower door from this company specifically because they told us it would be delivered by a certain date. That date came and went, we called Fab Glass and they said it hadnt even been shipped out yet. I asked them to cancel the order as this has setback my project. They refused! I told them I could not accept this order, that the agreed upon date had gone. They still refused to cancel this order and told me that the verbal agreement meant nothing. They are scammers!

Ordered a custom size acrylic shelf. It was discolored in spots, nicks in the corner, and bowed. Ok, things happen, things get overlooked. They sent a replacement and it was damaged as well. The guy that I spoke with wasn't rude but he really didn't seem to care much. They did give me a refund which they should've done. And the packaging was well done so that it wasn't damaged during shipping. There's a couple of good things but too bad as the product was unusable.

Fab Glass and Mirror I can’t express how disappointed I am with ur response, especially being a repeat customer. I kept this 2x6 foot piece of glass which weighed about 80lbs in the shipping box until I tried recently to install it in our bathroom. I was super careful with it and installed same exact piece for a shower in a different condo. As I was placing it in the bracket to see how it fit- this large piece simply exploded as I placed it on the floor. I was totally schocked, stunned and injured. Even more stunned with the replies I recd from them. Very disappointed!!! Posted below is their 2nd response to me and basically they are offering to replace if I paid for it with a slight discount.

2/1/25- they helped to work out a good discount on the replacement. I wish they would have been more upfront about the discount when I first reached out to them. However in the end it worked out. I did not install for 5-6 months so I do take some accountability but it was. Inside of my condo so I don’t believe not installing right away had anything to do with it. I would buy again from Fab I’d the need arises!
