I can’t say enough good things about Ferguson Dental Associates. I have been going to them since I was a child and they have always provided an outstanding experience. The office is welcoming, comforting and clean. The admin staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hygienists and dentists are exceptional. They take time to listen and assess all of my questions and dental needs. The equipment is the best of the best. I have my kids coming here as well and they are so happy to go. I truly recommend coming here. Once you do, you’ll never want to look anywhere else, I promise!

I am a very nervous dental patient. I saw Geri today for my cleaning and she was AWESOME. She listened to my concerns, did a cleaning without pain and was so empathetic. Cannot recommend her highly enough for those who usually dread going to the dentist.

Geri the hygienist has been so gentle, compassionate amd careful, all important to me (as I have some history of issues, sensitivity, phobia). The practice has state of the art technology that's different than Ive seen before, gentler, fast and just -- really impressive in every sense. Dr. Ferguson has also far exceeded my expectations. He is better than any dentist I've seen in many decades. I am a very satisfied patient and strongly recommend this practice.

The doctors and hygienists at Ferguson Dental Associates are truly exceptional—the best I’ve ever had. They take their time, provide high-quality care, and make every visit comfortable and thorough. Their professionalism and skill make them absolutely worth the investment. If you want your dental care done right, this is the place to go.
That said, the billing experience has been very confusing. My insurance company sends reimbursement checks directly to me rather than to the provider. Because of this delay, the billing associate set me up on a payment plan for the full cost of my treatment, scheduled to begin on the 15th of the following month. I understood this to mean that the office wanted to secure payment terms in advance, regardless of when the insurance check arrived.
However, once I received the insurance payment closer to the 20th of the month, I got a call from the billing department instructing me to immediately submit the insurance funds to them and stating that the payment plan would now cover only the remaining balance. The explanation was unclear and left me feeling pressured, especially since I hadn’t been given the option to wait for the insurance check before setting up the plan. I ended up paying $1,000 on the spot, with the rest scheduled over several months.
Now, despite having that plan in place, I receive weekly email and text reminders about my “outstanding balance,” which makes the process feel inconsistent and unnecessarily aggressive. It’s disappointing because the clinical care here is phenomenal, but the billing practices create stress that undercuts the otherwise outstanding experience.

4 years as patients and we couldn't be happier. The hygienist team - especially Dawn and Geri - are the most thorough, caring, and attentive to detail. Dr. Dave always makes time for you and thoughtfully and patiently answers questions while utilizing best-in-class tech throughout the office. And never once have we been *upsold* - we trust the entire team implicitly - including with the kindness, patience, and care they show our 5 and 4 year olds. You can't beat this full family dentistry practice and the ENTIRE team.

Came in for an emergency to check a potentially inflected tooth. Dr. Dave was great and staff was perfect and so helpful! Went back for a cleaning today with Dawn and we actually had fun! No need to be nervous about seeing the dentists here. High tech and well run office. I would highly recommend.

I’m a new patient here. Had one office visit. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hygienist (Jami) was thorough and introduced me to new dental technology that was pretty cool to see plaque on the teeth.
Dr Ferguson was friendly and also thorough, making suggestions of things I might want to do going forward and explaining why.

I've been going to Ferguson Dental for five years and the entire practice is the best of the best!! Excellent care, and EVERYONE on the staff is knowledgeable, kind and caring. Latest in technology, appointments always on time, parking on site and the office is spotless! I have crushing dental anxiety, and Dr. Ferguson showed such deep compassion and care. At my latest scheduled cleaning with Dawn, she used a new cleaning technique called GBT that is life-changing!! No drills or icky tastes, and the results are amazing. If I had been able to have this process as a kid it would have changed forever how I viewed going to the dentist.

The staff were wonderfully attentive, timely, and incredibly efficient in managing our visits, from cleanings to follow-ups.
