Heartland was awesome at helping us in our worst time ever . With the death of our father. The helpfulness and gentelness with the situation was so helpful to us . They pretty much handled everthing for us and anything we had to do was simple to do.

Hanah was very kind and knowledgeable; she answered all my questions and was able to order the heart with hy husbands fingerprint for me which is beautiful beyond words. She is very fast to return calls. I have even advised others that if they are wanting to be cremated, that this is by far the best on cost and professionalism.

They were professional and didn't put any pressure on me to buy added service that I didn't want. Everything went according to plan. I didn't realize they had to wait for the offical state death certificate before they could cremate anyone. Heartland even transferred his ashes to a location that was more convient for us to retrieve them. I would recommend Heartland as it was recommended to me. We have had 4 family members use their services with satisfaction.

My experience with Heartland Cremation was above and beyond any expectations! It was a difficult and very trying time for me. Everyone I came in contact with was very pleasant, professional and attentive. I was contacted by several team members there just to see how my family and I were doing throughout the preparation process. Any questions or concerns I had were answered promptly and taken into careful consideration. Corey was extremely patient with me and my multiple calls ❤️
The day of the memorial Corey's assistant I think her name is Ashley (please forgive me if I'm wrong about her name) but she was also amazing! She was very attentive and kept me on schedule! I have already gave praises to many people about my experience and that they should definitely consider Heartland for future services/arrangements. I also received many compliments on how well the memorial was put together with the presentation including the music, and the picture slide show. I can't thank Heartland Cremation enough for the outstanding service they did for easing my mind during the time of me grieving over the loss of my brother. From the first call I made I knew I had picked and trusted a more than capable and qualified place to handle all arrangements. Thank you to everyone at Heartland Cremation!❤️

We used Heartland Cremation for my dad’s memorial service and cremation back in 2022 and was very satisfied with the experience - so when my mom unfortunately passed earlier this year, there was no question that we’d use them again. Their service offerings are very clearly laid out with the prices - there are no high pressure sales or hidden charges. The director we worked with at the Raytown location both times, April, was very compassionate and helpful. They make the process as easy as possible down to the small details - and they do not try to take advantage of you when you are in a sad and vulnerable state, which is sadly not always the case with other funeral homes.

Very professional, I had called other places as we needed services quickly due to unexpected death in our family. Other places seems all business and no sensitivity. Hannah was respectful and professional. other places were cheaper but because of Hannah and her kindness we went with Heartland. We felt they respected our loved one and would take care of her with dignity and respect.
