Really great experience at Thompson. Our previous 4runner was totalled a week ago, so my whole family rocked up to the sales floor (wife, 2 year old, 8 month old, and me) yesterday hoping to replace our trusty steed. There were bloody noses, naps, exasperated parents, you name it. Our salesperson, Mack was extremely patient with us, and very considerate. They negotiated fairly and treated us well. I drove away from the experience very grateful to have stopped in at Thompson, and pleased with my new vehicle!

I highly recommend Thompson Toyota in Doylestown to purchase a car. My salesman, Fred, was very accommodating and efficient. He was patient and very kind. Steve Tayge, the Sales Manager, is the best at his job and works hard to meet your needs. Both of these gentlemen were a pleasure to work with!! 😊

Great experience! We messaged them we were on our way & we received confirmation promptly. Brian gave us the opportunity for both of us to test drive the Truck on the highway & around town. They put the truck on a lift so we could review the undercarriage. The car fax showed all the maintenance records. Which was nice since it only had one previous owner. Only one oversight, the two key remotes needed new batteries which we purchased & installed at home. Sales & financing went smoothly. Very cool touch screen for documents which were then copied to a thumb drive to keep.

Fred, the salesman, was a pleasure to work with. Nick, was prepared with all of the documents to complete the transaction and explained them all very clearly. Even Mike (the manager) greeted us and congratulated us on the purchase and reassured me that Thompson Toyota is there for me, if anything was needed.
I can easily refer them to anyone in the market to purchase a Toyota and I'll definitely be doing future business with them.
