This is the way to go for piece of mind!
I had inches of water in my basement and I had no idea how to go about properly drying it and making sure nothing got moldy.
Patrick was able to come out quickly to let us know what needed to be done in the basement. He did a thorough inspection that day with a timely quote that included extremely accurate dry times and all of his findings. The process was so incredibly easy as all I had to do was unlock the door and he took care of every detail. I highly recommend this company. Get your property properly professionally done.

Very professional and experienced. Patrick did the mitigation of my basement and work to answer all my concerns with water flood in my basement from sump pump failure. Fast too. Also work well to handle the insurance claims.

Rock Bottom Restoration did an amazing job on our Patio area that was essentially producing a pond (I wish I had some before pictures because it was pretty gnarly)! As someone who runs a business in an older building I will say that they handled the area with care and efficiency. I manage facilities for our company Nationwide. Saw they were a locally owned company and I always try to use local. They answered immediately with a solution that worked for us right after we had the flood. The tech worked until late at night with a positive attitude and left our break room and offices smelling clean and no water on the floor. Would recommend and use again!

The team at Rock Bottom helped us out in a pinch! We needed some remediation and drywall work done in a hurry and they were there to answer the call. Our basement is dry and clean, problem drywall is removed and reconstruction will begin soon. The team was extremely thorough with inspection and the drying process. On top of it all, the guys were all very kind and patient, answering our many questions - really important during a stressful time like this.
