If you’re looking for a dependable, honest, and professional tow truck service, I can’t recommend this Los Cargo enough. This guy The owner has come through for me time and time again with my semi truck. He is truly “Johnny on the spot!” Every time I’ve called, he’s responded quickly and arrived exactly when he said he would.

One experience I’ll never forget was when my truck broke down in the middle of the highway during a pouring rainstorm in the middle of the night. Without hesitation, he came out, safely recovered my truck, and got it to the repair shop. That level of dedication and reliability is hard to find.He has service my truck so many times we call each other by first name. He knows and truly cares about his customers.

What really sets him apart is his communication and attention to detail. At pickup, he takes pictures of the truck, and when he delivers it, he takes additional photos showing exactly where it was dropped off. He also sends confirmation letting you know your truck has safely arrived at its destination with no incidents. That level of professionalism gives you complete peace of mind.

His prices are fair, his professionalism is second to none, and he always has a positive, respectful attitude. He is dependable, trustworthy, and truly cares about his customers.

If he tells you he’ll be there at a certain time, you can count on him being there. I highly recommend his towing service to anyone, especially anyone needing their semi truck transported safely and professionally. Outstanding service every single time. Five stars all the way!
