The worker with the coloured hair is such a kind staff member at this maker location, always answers my questions and concerns, the pizza is great but the service makes the experience even better!

I saw the group of 20 people come in and harass this employee. Being understaffed on a holiday, and coming in with a big group of people an hour before they close, and getting multiple custom items can only be accommodated so much, they continue to take it out on this employee in the reviews!

Will continue to go back especially because of the wonderful service I always receive when they are there!! :)

Tastes may vary, I got someone to pick up the order for me and it took them about 20 mins and the pizza was pretty soggy. Probably tastes way better fresh. I tried both thin and regular crust, would recommend regular as crust over than the thin! It’s fairly expensive for what it is being $35 for a large… it’s a try when they have specials, probably not worth at regular price

This place is my absolute favorite spot among all the local pizza joints around. The interior has a clean and sophisticated feel. The biggest highlight is their phenomenal original crust, which is beautifully crispy on the outside and incredibly chewy on the inside. Try dipping the crust in olive oil and salt. Interestingly, having tried both the 12-inch and 16-inch sizes, the 16-inch somehow tastes much better.
Their pepperoni pizza is packed with cute, tiny pepperoni cups that pack a savory punch.
The Napoli Dynamite is tasty, though it felt too salty for my palate.
On the other hand, the mushroom pizza is absolutely delicious, featuring an incredibly rich and wonderful mushroom flavor.

I visited this place based on a strong recommendation from an acquaintance, but I can honestly say this was one of the most disappointing service experiences I’ve had in Toronto.

The blonde female staff member was indifferent and curt from the beginning. Before I could even finish asking a question, she walked into the kitchen and became absorbed in conversation with other staff. We were left standing at the counter, staring at the menu as if studying for an exam, waiting for her to return and acknowledge us.

I’ve never experienced this level of indifference even at large franchise chains like Domino’s Pizza. At the very least, customers who are standing at the counter are acknowledged.

Studying at the counter is perfectly fine — self-improvement is admirable. However, if ignoring customers who are clearly waiting is part of this establishment’s service philosophy, that’s certainly a bold approach. I’m still unsure why I had to feel like I needed permission to place an order.

In the end, we left without ordering anything and drove home. Since we never got to try the pizza, I can’t comment on the food. But if the concept is to have a “cool” interior design matched with equally cold service, then I suppose that level of consistency is impressive.

I won’t be returning.

First time trying their pizza! We tried their Napoli Dynamite.

The crust and dough were great and the toppings were yummy but omg so SALTY! We had to get a garlic dipping sauce to less the saltiness. It helped a little but wow we couldnt believe how salty the whole pizza was. And it being $39 was not pleasant😂

I’m not too sure why pizza has to be $39! It’s way too expensive.

We were ok with the pizza (if it wasn’t super salty we’d loved it) but the price was not ok.

However, not a bad try.

Hands down the best pizza in Thornhill. The flavors are unique and incredibly rich. If you sign up for their email and order directly, you can get some great specials. It’s a special treat for us and honestly better than many Italian restaurants’ pizza.

YOrdered my pizza for a certain time wasn’t ready until 15 min after. Pizza just sitting there. Place is empty. The person at the front really needs to figure out his attitude and the place needs a good clean. Understandable that it’s winter but bathrooms are very poorly kept. This place has really come down from where it started. Not really coming back

I have a love hate relationship with this place.

The pizza is good, but the phone wait time is ridiculous long. I was put on hold for 10 minutes.

Fresh ingredients, the dough texture is great. Nice thin pizza. Not overly oily which I like.

Feel like it was overpriced was recommended to try them out but feel like it didn’t live up to the hype, ugh should have added meat to the pizza but that was my bad I went with a friends recommendation and didn’t read what was on it. Def got other pizza joints slightly less but better imo 3/5 ⭐️

Trying out Maker Pizza, one of the popular pizza restaurants in Toronto (also featured in One Bite Pizza Reviews)!

I got the classic pepperoni pizza:

Dr. Pepperoni
Double natural pepperoni, grass-fed mozzarella, toasted fennel powder, organic tomato sauce.

Creamy Garlic Parmesan (4oz)

This pizza also comes in the tavern version with no crust! But the crust seemed good…
I got half of the crust coated in honey and sesame seeds, it’s an interesting touch for a sweet and savoury combination of pizza!

The pepperoni on this pizza is quite premium, thick with good texture. However, this makes the pizza a little bit too salty for my taste. I liked the crust a lot.

The creamy garlic parmesan has a lot of garlic content in it, so it is also premium. If you like something with a similar texture to hummus, this is it. The texture isn’t as smooth and cream-like as garlic parmesan from other pizza places like Pizza Nova or Domino’s.

The price is kind of expensive, but I guess it’s justifiable.

There is no doubt that this is the best pizza place around. The quality of pizza is always top notch and it starts with them always using the best ingredients for it. The different types are all worth trying. Also live that they have a slice special day on Thursday and Saturday where you can try new types for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend the mushroom pizza and any of the limited time ones. Worth every penny.

I loved their pizzas, they come in two sizes and two types of crust. I had a half peperoni half Margherita. It was a little too oily for my taste but nothing off-putting. I preferred the peperoni overall, but if I were to order again I'd go for the half-and-hald as I found it a good balance.

Service was great too, and right before we left they even gave us complimentary cookies which was also very good. 🍕🍪
