Paid $1100 to install a tankless water heater. After months of trouble with it, the manufacturer told me that they had installed it incorrectly using a 3/8 inch water pipe to supply the gas to the unit, creating a dangerous and improper situation. When I contacted Ryan at Plutone he said he would have to charge me to correct the dangerous situation that he created. I agreed and they said they would come the next day, then never showed up. I had to pay another company to fix their dangerous installation.

I had an outstanding experience with Ryan and his crew. From the moment I called, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The repair was done efficiently and the quality was top-notch — no shortcuts taken. They even cleaned up thoroughly afterward, which I really appreciated. Fair pricing, honest service, and genuine care for their customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a reliable plumber!
