BEWARE!!!!!!! Read all of post. Raggedy company. Dispatch doesn’t listen & gives wrong location to tech then they make you feel as you were the one in wrong. Non American company ran on lies. Do not recommend! Do not call, waste of time! Sat in a parking lost for over an hour waiting for a tech that said he was 20 minutes away. Beware!!!

Very disappointed in the pricing and how long it took to get done… my husband does this for a living and would not DREAM of charging someone $120 for 2 minutes worth of work after making them wait over an hour in the heat for arrival. Plus the lock smith told me on the phone he’d give me a free estimate and then proceeded to begin working prior to giving me the price and had my door open before I fully knew. And I thought he said $20 only to find out it was $120…

if I had not been 2 hours from home for a work situation my husband would have been the one to get me into my car… I honestly feel like this guy took advantage of a woman stranded in the heat with no choice because he had already done the work… it was highway robbery! I was expecting no more than $35-$45 like Google said when I pulled up the page to make the call, so I was definitely taken aback when I was told the price… and in the moment when I was standing there in the heat with groceries that had already been in my cart for over an hour and the guy in my face… I just didn’t know what more to do… definitely know I’ll never call this company again.

Giving 2 stars simply because they were friendly and did get me into my car.

Called to have a duplicate key cut for a vehicle. The phone rang to an answering service who called back after 2 missed calls. The receptionist took all pertinent information including address and finally some time later a call advising they do not service the Griffin area. What a waste of time.
