To be transparent, I did not end up needing/using the services of Atlas. However, I cannot say enough good things about Deonne. I called to ask if Atlas could come out to investigate humidity issues in my home. Deonne confirmed Atlas does not offer that service. However, he spent 15 minutes on the phone with me discussing simple ways in which to address humidity issues in my home from a home energy/efficiency standpoint. He was incredibly kind, personable, and knowledgeable. He absolutely did not need to spend that time with me as someone who was ultimately not going be a customer. He also very much could have pushed work that I did not need. However, his honesty and customer service shined through. Thank you so much for all of your help and advice, Deonne!

Atlas did a great job on our insulation / bathroom fan project. All three teams showed up on time and left our house as clean as they found it. They were professional and proficient in executing their work and thoroughly explained in detail what they were doing. Keith walked me through the measurable improvements to our home. Overall im very happy with the entire process and service provided by Atlas to insulate and seal our home.

Pedro is professional, courteous, and highly reliable. He assisted in my home through a Pepco energy-efficiency program in Maryland, replacing light bulbs and upgrading sink fixtures to help reduce household energy and water consumption. His work was efficient, and he was both helpful and attentive throughout the process.

Pedro C. from Atlas Home Energy Solutions did an outstanding job! He introduced himself and showed his Pepco badge right away. He replaced our 14 light bulbs, installed 3 new shower heads, and even left us with two energy efficient power strips as promised. He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was completed correctly. He delivered exactly what was promised and made the entire experience easy and hassle-free. I really appreciate his excellent service and would highly recommend him!

Pedro and his assistant (wish I'd asked him to spell his name, what a gentleman) we're patient and kind from the start. They explained everything they were doing to me and my wife and installed and changed more things than I can recall. They took care of fixtures and features that I didn't even think to ask about, and left us a bunch of energy efficient items such as bulbs, power strips, shower heads and probably more. I know a lot of people are quick to not answer the call or turn down the offer, but my wife and I did this many years ago and had all of our incandescent bulbs replaced so we knew we were dealing with a trusted service. I hope more people take advantage of this free offer and help walk this path towards a more sustainable future. Thank you!!
