I went to the Wise Owl thinking, there is no way I am going to lug around a machine and wear a plastic facemask while I sleep. Suzi assisted me with learning about the device and how it was going to help me feel better and have more energy. She was very convincing so I am going to give it a try. The machine is much more portable than it was years ago and the masks are much smaller and comfortable. Thank you Suzi!

Our appointment with Wiseowl this week was a very positive experience. The ladies at the front desk were friendly & courteous & informative.
Our advisor, Suzy Strickland, was very helpful in explaining everything we needed regarding our Bi-pap. She never got frustrated with our questions and was very friendly. We are looking forward to a long relationship with Wise Owl.

What a pleasant experience! Wise Owl turned something I was honestly dreading from a medical standpoint into a satisfying, informative, and even somewhat exciting experience, as exciting as CPAP can be!

From the very beginning, the front office staff was excellent. Randi was extremely helpful in working through my insurance, and my first appointment with Suzy was very informative. She explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made the entire process much easier to understand.

I am very glad I chose Wise Owl for something I was not exactly looking forward to. They are truly very nice, helpful people, and I would highly recommend them.

My first contact with Wise Owl was Alicia. Polite, professional, and friendly, she showed us around the store and showed us options for CPAP masks. After meeting her, my wife and I both switched our accounts from another provider to Wise Owl — Outstanding customer service. On a subsequent visit, I was fitted for a CPAP mask and received my machine. Suzy, the technician was very patient, listened to my questions and was thorough in her answers. After meeting with her, I really felt confident about the use of my CPAP. This was a truly enjoyable experience — start to finish — with both Alicia and Suzy.
