He completed his ophthalmology residency at the Wilmer Eye Institute and fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus at the Duke Eye Center.With a research interest in the application of noninvasive imaging techniques to better understand and manage ocular diseases that affect children, Dr. Wang is using optical coherence tomography, a noninvasive optical imaging technique, to investigate changes in the outflow pathway that lead to pediatric glaucoma.
