The facilities are good for kids. My issue is with the staff and membership. I signed up for a membership a year ago and at the time the representative told me "you can cancel at any time". That was a lie. They forced a 12 month commitment and refused to cancel my membership until I paid for all 12 months. Do not sign up for the membership.

My son is like a fraction under the 48 measurement, and they wouldn't let him on certain attractions. Otherwise, it's pretty cool here. The other children can be ignorant, but that reflects on the other parents not the establishment. The staff can only do so much. I mean, we are in Allentown area, so........ P.S. The next crew came on and they let my son on the ride he really wanted to go on, so that definitely changed my opinion all way!!! Going to spend alot of time here this summer!!!

** I have two kids in different age group, so I just sat by the door. They know whree to get me and I can see EVERYONE come in and out !!

This is our 4th year doing my son's birthday party here.
This year we chose to do it on a Sunday 10/10 would 💯 percent recommend!

It's not the most inexpensive option, but the kids love it and you get a high guest turn out because of that.
Plus it's super convenient they handle the clean up.

One improvement I'd suggest is a healthier food options and not just pizza or foods fried in seed oils.
Due to allergies there are no food options available to us. And the fried foods are NOT gluten free because they are in a shared fryer with gluten containing foods.
Addy has been the best party host. Extremely responsive, we NEVER had to wait or chase her down.
We made sure she got a great tip despite her not having to serve good or cake. Really the only things she had to do was get bracelets for my guests. But in prior years they often had to wait around until I could track down our party host.

Very nice place for kids but could use a few more workers bigger kids seem to not care about lines and just skip the little ones and the workers just don’t seem to care. Also with a platinum jump pass you only get 3 hours to stay in the park.
