My family had the opportunity to work with Micheal recently, he was very Informative and prompt through the process of closing on our home. Michael not only made sure we understood every step of the way, but also answered every question without hesitation, answering texts or taking phone calls quickly and helping put our anxieties at ease, Michael was easy to talk to and brought some humor and lightness to the whole process. We could not be more happy with the outcome and enjoyed working with Micheal. We highly recommend him to anyone looking.

Michael remained unwavering through two failed purchase attempts and guided us with patience and professionalism the entire time. He ultimately found a lending option we hadn’t realized was available, and thanks to his persistence, we were able to move forward successfully. Highly recommended.

Michael was a huge help through the entire process. He identified alternative financing methods that We were unaware of. This made the entire process much easier than we had anticipated, and allowed us to make an irresistible non contingent offer on a highly sought after home.

I know the picture isn’t of the white tiger I promised, but for now you’re gonna have to settle for Ryder (husky / Shepard mix), Tanya and I taking in a view that will never get old!

Thank you again for all your help!

Working with Michael Ivanov at CMG Home Loans was an amazing experience. I honestly thought buying a home would be stressful and overwhelming, but Michael made the entire process feel so easy and smooth.

With the help of Michael and Jennis, our real estate agent, everything went so seamlessly that at times it was hard to believe we were actually buying a home. That’s how well they guided us through every step. Even more impressive was that we were able to go through the entire process and purchase our home in just one month!

Michael and his team truly cared about us throughout the entire process. They kept us informed at every stage, explained what to expect, and were always available to answer our questions. I especially loved the personalized videos they sent. They really helped keep us informed and made the experience feel even more personal.

We are so grateful for their support and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
