Once again Moonshine Harley came through on another motorcycle purchase. This is the second bike I’ve bought from them and I cannot say enough good things about how smoothly the process went from start to finish. Naz, Joe, and the rest of the Moonshine Harley team were awesome and I will not hesitate to buy another motorcycle from them when that time comes.

Would give 0/5 stars if I could. Total buying experience here has been one of the worst I've experienced in my life. Purchased a 23 CVO SG 6/26/26 from the "Sales Manager" with '212 miles' as it was posted on the website as well as the docusign papers. 6/29/26 I receive the physical paperwork to find out the bike has 404 miles. After speaking to my sales person I ultimately decided to move foward with the purchase.

7/7/26- The CVO arrives, and the shipping company takes my trade. While riding the bike up the street to my house within my development I discover an insanely loud squealing noise coming from underneath the bike. (Easily heard over the motor). After getting the bike in my driveway I notice there are no passenger foot pegs, only 1 key, and no manual, information on the bike. Nothing. I called my sales person immediately to notify him of the issues I had on a bike that is basically "brand new". He agrees to get me the passenger foot pegs, as well as a 2nd key, no clue on the squealing apparently 2 techs had ridden the bike, and did not mention this.

I called my local dealership only to find out that I cannot get the bike in until July 29th. After looking at the bike in my garage I discovered the drive belt to be scarred on the outside, as well as the rear pulley/ sprocket worn on the outside edge. The belt appears to be severely misaligned which is causing damage to the drive.

I have received the passenger foot pegs as of 7/15/26. At this point I have a "new" Harley that I am making my first payment on that I cannot ride. There has not been any kind of help from the dealership or my salesman. Super disappointed, and kind of regretting my purchase at this point.

Moonshine Harley-Davidson is an outstanding dealership from start to finish. Their selection of Harley-Davidson motorcycles is incredible, and the entire staff made the experience welcoming, exciting, and stress-free.

As a first-time buyer and new rider, I had a lot of questions, and Naze on the sales staff took the time to answer every one of them with patience and professionalism. You can truly tell they care about their customers and want you to feel comfortable every step of the way.

The retail staff was equally amazing. Paige went above and beyond helping both my oldest daughter and me get properly fitted and choose great helmets. She also personally took care of my wife and me when I purchased my Harley, making sure we were introduced to everyone we needed and helping the entire process feel smooth and personal.

Everyone at Moonshine Harley-Davidson was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely excited for us. They made buying my first Harley an experience I’ll never forget. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a motorcycle or simply a great customer experience.

I recently purchased a 2025 Street Glide from Moonshine, and overall it was a really great experience. Like any serious bike deal, the negotiations got a little tense at times, but that is part of the process. In the end, they worked with me, gave me an awesome deal, and most importantly got me on the exact bike I wanted.

I especially want to recognize Jimmy. He was an outstanding salesman and I could tell from start to finish that he truly went to bat for me. He stayed engaged, worked hard to make the deal happen, and made me feel like he genuinely wanted to earn my business the right way. That kind of effort matters, and Jimmy absolutely delivered.

The finance manager was also excellent to work with. He took the time to go over the numbers, explain the deal clearly, and make sure I understood everything before signing. That made the whole process feel a lot more comfortable and straightforward. The young lady in contracts was wonderful as well and made that part of the experience smooth and pleasant.

What really stood out to me was how nice and professional everyone in the organization was. Even while I was waiting, Nich from the power side stopped by just to check on me, which says a lot about the kind of team they have there. It is clear the leadership has built something special, because you can feel that customer-first attitude throughout the dealership.
