Dr. McCarthy-Krisanits is passionate about mentoring and developing team members, helping them build strong clinical and patient communication skills. She believes a well-trained, supportive team is essential to creating a positive dental experience. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated leadership within the profession, serving as Past Chair of Council on Insurance for the California Dental Association (CDA) and as Past President of the Alameda County Dental Society.
