⚠️ 𝐁𝐔𝐘𝐄𝐑 𝐁𝐄𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐄
Posting this so others can make an informed choice. Alex (Alex Windshield) replaced my windshield in July 2026 with a lifetime warranty promised in writing. Within weeks it started making a popping/ticking noise on the driver's side. I reported it with a video of the noise. He engaged, then dodged: rescheduled the fix 4 times in August, no-showed once, and went silent. His own website promises to fix air noises free under the lifetime warranty. Two months later: nothing fixed, no refund. Poor workmanship, poor customer service. I have the invoice and all our messages saved and can produce them if needed. I am now reporting this to the consumer protection authorities and filing my claim. Do yourself a favour — save yourself the hassle of a substandard job with zero customer service and zero regard for commitments.
