Did not feel ignored for even a minute right from the time I sent off an email describing my situation. Got an in person consultation and estimate without delay. Next thing I knew the work was being done. 100% satisfied. Owen is very professional, gets right at it and gets it right! He organized the bit of extra work I needed done to enable him to complete his mission…I didn’t have to worry about one single thing. Timberline is definitely my go-to recommendation! 👍
