Ronald, Logan and Landon are a great team. All three are hard workers with exceptional attention to detail. Today they demo’ed two bathrooms and did a fabulous job of tidying up before they left.

We were completely renovating our home and needed 650 square feet of tile removed. After checking reviews from several providers and obtaining two quotes, we had Powerhouse Removal & Demolition remove our tile floor. Their reviews were good and the price was competitive. We made the job easy by removing our base and kitchen cabinets ahead of time. All rooms were empty. They arrived on the scheduled day, removed the tile, ground and sanded the floor to ensure it was ready for the LVP floor we are installing, and billed us the agreed upon price. The dust was kept to a minimum and they vacuumed the rooms when they finished. Nice team who went the extra mile to provide great service. I would use them again.

Absolutely impressed by the level of quality and detail that the crew demonstrated in performing our demo. They were in at 8am sharp and finished their work before 1pm. Highly recommend, Isaac and Emma were super easy to work with and made the process a breeze.

Powerhouse did a great job on our basement demo. They removed walls, carpet, tile. We love that they were careful, watching for nails and other items not only in the house but also on the driveway. They worked quickly and efficiently to clean up a huge mess and get ready for our contractor to start our remodel.
