Josh was able to fix my screen so quickly and gave me such a smooth process! i was having a hard time getting in my phone with a black out screen and his customer service was amazing and timely. I appreciate his time and work. Definitely would recommend. Thankyou again

Update: I checked my battery health with AccuBattery. It was 98%. So, it appears the battery is new. There must be something else going on with the phone. I wish there was an offer to diagnose the problem when I brought the phone in. But, I am changing my rating.

The first time I visited the store, I ordered a ($99) battery replacement for my phone. I made an appointment a week later to return for the new battery to be installed. When I arrived, there were 5 customers waiting and apparently ubreakifix does not honor appointments. So, I left. I eventually returned 2 weeks after my initial visit. The battery was replaced in about 2 hours. Now, my battery drains faster than ever. I question whether it was even replaced. I am not sure of his name, but the employee that handed me my phone when it was done never took time to explain the warranty or to answer questions. He quickly moved on to the next customer. I won't go back and waste 2+ more hours of my life that I will never get back. Instead, I just upgraded my phone. I would NOT recommend ubreakifix. If you have Asurion you don't have a choice. But, if you don't have insurance (like me) take your business elsewhere. I won't ever trust cell phone repairs by ubreakifix again.

I was SO impressed. I waited for my repair, and watched the staff at work. The front desk lady (?Perry?) was professional, extremely capable, friendly, courteous - just all around amazing. She is one of the best customer service people I have ever seen in my life. Seriously: ubreakifix should clone her for every store.

Great service and reasonably priced. My phone fell in water, but no visible water damage. T-mobile wanted to replace the phone but all I needed was a screen and I didn't want a new phone. I appreciated Trina's time and patience while assisting me. She said it could be fixed and they did!

The team here is awesome! Perry was extremely patient, helpful, and professional not just with helping me, but with all of the customers that were in the store.
