Company was great and very responsive. We had a huge oak that started to drop limbs. They were able to get us scheduled within a few days. The crew was fast, efficient and professional. Always amazes me how quickly they can get these trees down. Cleaned everything up afterwards. Would definitely use them again.

Green Bear Tree Service did a great job trimming limbs off the trees hanging over my roof and deck and removing dead limbs from my other trees. Great and capable workers and great clean up. I’m happy.

Promptly came out to look over my tree pruning needs. Walked with me and we discussed what I wanted, he listened and gave me a price. Setup a day for trimming, they called day before to confirm and set a time. Arrived at 7:15am started trimmed 9 trees and took down 2 cleaned up and left by 10:45am. I was very pleased, awesome job. I will call them again in future. My neighbors were impressed by the speed and how clean they left the yard.

The team arrived on time and everything was organized. They checked in with me and immediately went to work. Very professional indeed! The equipment was impressive too! The team finished exactly as the timeline was quoted; all debris was removed from the property and they left just as quietly and quickly as they came. I felt the price was reasonable also. The stump work was superb. Great work!

Let me start from the beginning of our tree work search…

We had a company we’d used before, but getting them to come out turned into a frustrating process—we practically had to beg. After multiple attempts, we knew it was time to find a company we could truly rely on.

We had several companies come out, but GREEN BEAR stood out immediately. They showed up promptly—exactly when they said they would. From the moment Eric (the owner) arrived, we were impressed. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine personality made a huge difference. He even took a few minutes to connect with our 4-year-old, which meant a lot to us as a family.

The day before the job, they confirmed a 7:30 AM arrival—and they actually showed up early. That level of reliability is rare these days.

Julio, the foreman, introduced himself right away, walked us through the plan, and set clear expectations. Throughout the job, communication was excellent. At one point, he came to let us know they discovered a large ant infestation inside one of our trees. He explained what they could do now and gave honest guidance about what we might need to address next year. That kind of transparency builds trust.

In just a little over 4 hours, this incredible team:

* Removed two large trees
* Trimmed a massive Pin Oak
* Completed additional trimming
* Took care of three stump removals

And when I say they cleaned up—I mean spotless. They put everything back exactly where it was, like they had never even been there. See photos attached with clean up.

What stood out just as much as the results was the teamwork. Even with language differences, it was clear this crew operates like a well-oiled machine. You can tell they take pride in their work, respect each other, and truly care about doing things the right way.

And here’s the part that really blew me away—
They accidentally cut our dog fence during the job… and immediately fixed it. No excuses, no hassle. That alone saved us about $275.

That’s integrity. That’s professionalism. That’s GREEN BEAR.

If you’re looking for top-quality tree work from a team that is reliable, skilled, honest, and genuinely kind—GO WITH GREEN BEAR.

We will absolutely be using them again.
